Inferno Pizza Lounge — Restaurant in Florida

Very Disappointed I Ordered their special 2 topping pizza with 10 wings and then I ordered some Garlic Knotts. I requested the the wings to be extra Saucy as I order from all places. I only live right off of Mile Stretch which is only 2 mins from my house to the pizza place. They told us 15 mins to come pick up my boyfriend left to pick it up and was gone 10 mins which he stated he had to wait for our order. When arriving back the pizza was barley warm so I'm not sure how long the pizza was sitting before we picked it up . I've order from other pizza places much further and that get delivered and the pizza is still piping hot!. Well the wings barley had ANY sauce on them and the Knotts was Giant Rolls of bread with nothing on them. So I called and told them when the I believe manager makes a comment " I know the wings had extra sauce I watched him must not be your kind of extra " which makes me feel like she's calling me a Liar I wasn't asking for a refund. She then asked what do I want them to do she will remake the wings and the Knotts so I said that's fine. My bf goes back there and he waited for them to make the wings and knots he comes back and the knots was better they had more stuff on them but they just flooded the wings that I originally ordered with sauce looked like they was swimming in sauce so when i took one out the wing was ice cold so they did not make the wings over. This is the second time I have ordered in the two years I have lived by this pizza place and both experiences was not good. I will in fact never order from this place again DO not waste your money on this place you will just get COLD FOOD. I never post reviews for anything on Google but I felt compelled to for this one. STAY FAR AWAY FROM INFERNO PIZZA. I've worked in pizza places for 5 plus years. I know how it is. I understand that top quality is not always guaranteed and that things happen, especially if it gets too busy. That being said, this is the worst food I have ever had from any pizza place, small mom and pop or not. I got one of the wood fired pizzas and it was so undercooked it may as well have come out of a microwave. The wings had no sauce on them and were either cooked for 45 minutes or something ridiculous, OR they were precooked and then also left down for way too long. NAKED WINGS SHOULD NEVER BE PRECOOKED. Not only that but it was a 10 piece and 3 of them were broken and all bone, completely inedible. If they weren't precooked then shame on whoever sent those out of the kitchen. The only reason I didn't send everything back for a refund was because it was a delivery and I had no cash on me to make sure the driver got paid for coming to my house twice (would have been once to deliver and once to pick it back up for a refund.) I know the driver most likely didn't make any of my food and he deserves his tip. If I refunded my card he probably would not have seen his $7. This place is an absolute joke. 0 out of 10. My 2 liter was good...tighten up guys or you won't last long. I would have been happier with a hot and ready from Little Caesars and thats not even because of the price difference. I wouldn't pay $5.99 for the garbage you guys sent me tonight. 0 out of 10...

I don't even know where to start. We went to the restaurant to dine in. We were the only people dining in (2 of us). No one came to our table so we walked up to the counter. They were busy dealing with incorrect orders and unhappy customers. The lady behind the counter completely ignored me and helped the guy behind me. He wasn't even in the restaurant when I got in line!! I asked if there was a waitress and was told someone would be right over. A guy finally came over and asked what we wanted. We ordered 2 Peronis and he didn't even know what they were. It is the only Italian beer on the menu!! We ordered garlic bread and a pizza and it was horrible!!! The garlic bread was drenched in butter and undercooked. We took 1 bite and set that to the side. At one point the guy behind the counter screamed across the restaurant and asked if we were ok. It was pretty off putting to be sitting next to a 24 inch glade plug in when your eating food. I had to go back to the counter to order another drink. The pizza finally came out and the waitress started to walk away. I asked her if we could please have plates and silverware!!!! The pizza was gummy and undercooked. This is probably THE WORST dining experience we have ever had. I asked are you not ready to have customers dine in and was told they were busy with phone orders. So if you are going to try this place do not dine in. They couldn't handle a table of 2!! There were atleast 5 employees there and noone cared about people dining in!!! ZERO stars if that...
