We went to Diamond Supply in Hollidaysburg, PA for new appliances. They were the best. So nice to us and explained and answered all the questions. I was dreading picking out the stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. It was a great experience, from picking them out, to delivery, to removal of the old and setup of the new. I called Diamond Supply to order a replacement top (cracked) for a Jenn-air stove. It took three weeks and repeated calls to get the replacement top delivered and installed. The communication was poor at best. On the day the top was (finally) scheduled to be installed, the installer did not turn up until 6PM. The installer did install the top correctly, but overall the total time taken from initial request, combined with the poor communication, means I will not deal with Diamond...

Outstanding customer service! After ordering a washer elsewhere and waiting three weeks only to be told by the other place they wouldn't be getting it in, I called Diamond Supply.
