The food and the staff were both exceptional. We hesitate going out to eat because I can’t have dairy or soy, and many places make you feel like an inconvenience if you can’t have very common allergens that are found in pretty much everything. The minute I said that I was going to be a pain, our server (Jenny) immediately made me feel so welcome and assured me that it was not a problem at all. She was so personable and friendly. Maddie, the cook, also personally prepared my food to make sure that there wouldn’t be cross-contamination. Honestly, if the food was garbage, I would still come back just for the phenomenal service. I think that truly goes a long way, and many don’t realize that, unfortunately. However, the food was also amazing and refreshing. The prices were also incredibly reasonable. We stopped in during Third in the Burg. It was our first time there and I was pretty excited! Service from a younger girl wasn't terrible nor extraordinary. Food took a good while to get to our table, but they were on the busier side. My daughter's plate was served about 10 mins before ours. When I did get served my somewhat warm cheese steak, I was blown away by the delicious spicy mayo! O my goodness it was so good on that cheese steak.
