Ordered two shirts for an event and received two stained shirts. When asking if she can replace them in time for the event we were ignored until it was too lat. We then requested a refund for the shirts. She then agreed to make the new shirts but at this point we had already left for the event and just wanted our money back. She agreed that she’d give us a refund on Monday… Monday rolls around and all of a sudden it’s against her store policy to give a refund. This would’ve made sense but we actually contacted her on her Facebook and ordered directly through her, not once were we told she didn’t accept any returns or refunds. Had she told us that before we’d understand, but since we were told “yes and it would be processed on Monday” is what pushed this over the edge. This all is what made me no longer recommend this store to anyone. I believe it’s a terrible business practice to offer a refund then retract that statement days later. I’d say go to Etsy or some other small business, one that will quality check their products before giving them to the customer. I have attached pictures of the shirts we received.
