Stopped in ASAP 15 minutes before closing just to see what time they would be opening the following day. My iPhone X screen was repaired from the phone repair shop in Southpoint mall in Durham only months ago. My screen had separated from my phone and the other place wouldn’t guarantee their work since the name of the company was changed. 🤬So went to ASAP after my son had a great experience with them a year or so prior. I wasn’t going to have done at mall again. So came in just to get the time of when they would be open the following day. They were awesome!!! I was greeted with a hello and what can I do for you? Explained what happened to my phone and they looked at it. I didn’t expect them to look at it being they were closing. They offered to look at my phone and found that the screen previously put on was a cheap screen and not good quality. They recognized that a part was lost from when the other place replaced my screen. ASAP offered to get the part and put back in. They asked if I had issues with my phone? I have had some issues since the replacement. Well after about 15-20 minutes they were able to get a new nice quality screen placed and it looks great!! They did offer me a few different options of screens with different price points. The other place sold me a cheap screen with an expensive price . Never again!! I chose the phone store in mall because I was heading to the IPhone store with my IPhone warranty but due to COVID the store was closed. ASAP are awesome and my new go to store for any phone or computer issues. They want to do the best for the customer. These guys are knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely let everyone know what a gem of a company we have so close to us. Thank you ASAP!! I appreciate...
Read moreFANTASTIC SERVICE!! I cant say enough about my experience with this place today! I had a desktop PC that was running slow...if at all. I called and spoke to someone on the phone that said it would be impossible to quote over the phone and that I should bring the machine in, but to be prepared because they had 20+ PCs on the counter in repair already...a testament to a good business is a busy one ;-) I brought in the machine and found the gentleman (Ben) that I had spoken to, who happened to be the owner, walking out the door to take care of some necessary middle of the day business. He immediately stopped what he was doing, unlocked the store, and proceeded to spend the next hour with me working through the issue i had and fixing me up on the spot. We changed out the "spinny" drive for a new SSD, cleaned the computer up, moved all my info from the old drive to the new one, walked me through the systems and what they were doing so that I understood the product i was paying for, and could not have been more friendly while he was doing it. As an added bonus to an otherwise wonderful experience he took the time, while working on my computer, to talk about my family, shared interests, and the history of his business in downtown Holly Springs which happens to be a wonderful story of his own family that goes back to his grandparents and his parents that ran a small grocery and gas/mechanic station in that very same location. This gentleman and his business represent the kind of folks that bring value to our great...

If I were able to rate this company 25 Stars, I would! Mr. Ben called me personally to make sure that he could do everything possible to fix my issue and they did with some bonuses included! I will most definitely recommend anyone that has issues with with their electronics to use this company! As I stated in my previous review, I had no issues with their professionalism nor customer service. The gentleman that work here were fantastic! And special shout out to Mr. Ben, the owner! Blessings to you!
I'm going to leave my previous review below I'm only giving 3 stars because I am a Mac User.
My general experience was good with this company...
It's just that I found out after paying and bringing my new drive home (but not being able to seamlessly access my data), tthat they don't have a mac in office.
My new drive was formatted to Windows (although I'd already formatted it for compatibility with my macbook).
While i can read the data, I can not actually open my Adobe libraries or programs, nor can i partition the drive because of the way it was set up.
I WILL update my review upon...
