Crystal Vision — Local services in Hollywood

I have been coming to this crystal shop for a year now but unfortunately not anymore. I found this place because it was near my old job and a coworker recommended me. On October 7th I purchased their subscription box. A week went by and I had not received any follow up form of communication to confirm my order (but I can assure you that they didn’t forget to charge my card). So a week went by and I called the store in the early afternoon on October 14th to which I spoke with a person. I gave them my name and e-mail and they told me that they received my order and that they were going to ship out the boxes that Friday. I was happy to hear that and asked if I could be sent a confirmation e-mail to keep record of my purchases, and I also asked if they were allowing people in the store. The person on the phone told me yes to both questions and confirmed my e-mail to send me a receipt/confirmation. So the next day comes and I still haven’t received an e-mail, however I needed to buy some things anyway so I figured I’d stop by and ask about the confirmation while I’m there. So I drive 30 minutes, I arrived at 11 am, and as I am getting out of my car one of the employees (who was also getting out of her car) asked me if I had an appointment. I said no I do not have an appointment I didn’t know I was supposed to make one. She told me that unless I have an appointment I can’t enter right now, and that I would have to wait till 12pm to enter because that is when they start taking in walk-ins. ................. so I told her how I drove 30 minutes and came here early because I have my final exam at 1pm so I asked if I could just buy what’s on my list. She told me she would ask if they would let me in, so I waited outside in my car for about 5 minutes then she came back and told me I have to wait till 12 pm. I let her know how unprofessional it was of their shop to do this because not only did I speak with an actual person at the shop yesterday and they didn’t give me any sort of heads up when I asked if they were allowing people in the store, but also this “rule” is not stated anywhere on their website or anywhere online. All she said to me was “yeah I know we don’t have it posted anywhere” .... I just left.

AND BY THE WAY after all this, still till this day that I am writing this review (November 7th, 2020) I have YET to receive a confirmation e-mail LET ALONE THE ACTUAL SUBSCRIPTION BOX.

Do yourself and a favor and go somewhere else. I don’t know what has changed since when I first started going but my advice is don’t fix what’s not broken! I will be calling my bank and getting my $32.09 back lol thank you...

I had the absolute privilege of receiving a healing session with Stephanie and words truly fall short of describing the experience. I am from Toronto and was visiting Florida for an urgent, last-minute matter. My session with Stephanie was nothing short of extraordinary. To even call it “Reiki” feels limiting as it was a multi-dimensional healing that went far beyond any label or technique. From the intuitive reading to the gentle yet powerful energy work, and finally the drum sound therapy at the end, every part of the experience felt sacred, intentional, and divinely guided.

Just like my first visit two years ago, I left feeling completely renewed and profoundly touched by something greater than words can express. Stephanie is a truly gifted healer. Her presence, intuition, and connection to Spirit create an environment where real and instantaneous transformation happens!

For anyone fortunate enough to live in Florida, Crystal Vision is a true sanctuary of light and healing. And for those visiting, like me, it’s a must-stop destination. I cannot wait to return on my next trip.

I was in the area for work and noticed this shop. I love visiting different crystal/stone shops! I had to work all day so I knew a visit in time would be tough, but I just had to try and swing by. I arrived about 5 minutes to close and the woman working greeted me and let me know they were about to close, but she said it kindly and still encouraged me to look around the shop.

I was super impressed by the great assortment of stones they have here. Also, the pricing was not bad. When I’m back in the area and have more time I will definitely come back! The atmosphere of this shop is wonderful - it feels inviting, eclectic, and homey.

The woman working that evening was the cherry on top of this experience for me! She helped me pick out a few selections and told me all about them - her kindness made my day 😊 can’t wait...
