HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE I WOULD NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN IF I HAD TO GIVE A 0 - 0 STARTS I WOULD DO THAT WITH PLEASURE!!!!!!! I CAME HERE ON SUNDAY I ORDER A DELUXE CROISSANT AND MY HUSBAND ORDER A HALUMI SANDWICH ONE NANA TEA AND ONE ALMOND MILK LATTE . TO START WE WAITED 20 MIN FOR WATER THEN THE TEA AND THE COFFEE ARRIVED the restaurants it was fully pack but waiting 20 min on water i said OK no problem lets go order. After 20 min they brought the coffee and the tea fine now here is the PROBLEM WE ORDER AND WE SAW THE PEOPLE NEXT TO US WHO ARRIVE AFTER US THEY RECEIVE THERE FOOD I SAID OK SOMETIMES IT HAPPENS BUT THIS IS A JOKE YOU CALL YOUR SELF RESTAURANT IF YOU CAN'T MANAGE THE AMOUNT OF CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE. THE SERVERS WAS A JOKE I ASK HER WHEN SHE BROUGHT THE COFFEE IF THEY DID WITH AN ALMOND MILK AND SHE HAD A FREAKING ATTITUDE SHE SAID 3 TIMES IF U ASK FOR ALMOND MILK THIS IS ALMOND MILK OK I WILL FOUND WHAT WAS YOUR NAME AND I WILL PUT IT ON GOOGLE TO FOUND YOU OUT I ASK YOU BC I WAS WAITING FOR FOOD NEVER ARRIVED AND NEVER WILL BE ARRIVE AND BC PROBABLY WHAT THEY DID IS NOT EVEN ALMOND MILK IN 2ND PLACE BEFORE YOU TAKING ANY DRINK THEY SHOULD TELL YOU WHAT IS IT BECAUSE U DON'T KNOW IF I'M ALLERGIC TO LACTOSE OR NOT AFTER THE WE KEEP ASKING WHERE WAS OUR FOOD AND SEE PEOPLE WHO ARRIVE AFTER US RECEIVING THEIR FOOD THE WAITER CAME AND AFTER 45 MIN AND SAID YOUR FOOD SHOULD BE HERE ANY MOMENT I WAS FINE AFTER 1 HR AND 45 MINUTES CAME ANOTHER WAITER SHE WAS SWEET AND VERY KIND I THINK SHE WAS CUBAN AND SHE KEEP APOLOGIZING TO US BC I WAITED 1HR AND 45 MIN FREAKING HR 2 HR TO TELL US THE FOOD IS NOT READY AND THEY EVEN DIDN'T STARTED TO MAKE IT !!!!!!!!!! ALMOST 2 HRS FOR 1 SANDWICH AND A CROISSANT I WAS A SHOCK I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT AND NO ONE NO ONE CAME TO SEE WHAT WE NEED IT OR EVEN FOR WATER AND WHEN THEY TOLD US THEY EVEN STARTED TO MAKE IT IF WE WANTED TO WAIT I WAS WTF ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT DO U WANT ME TO WAITED ANOTHER 2 HRS NO THANK U. SO THIS IS WAS MY FIRST TIME AND MY LAST TIME TO COME HERE IS RIDICULOUS AND VERY SELFISH FROM THEM TO WASTED OUR TIME IN SOMETHING NEVER HAPPENS AND NEVER WILL HAPPENS AND THE CUBAN WAITER SHE CAME AND SHE APOLOGIZE AND TELL US THE MINIMUM SHE CAN DO WAS TO GIVE US THE COFFEE FOR FREE I WANTED TO SAID THIS PLACE IS A CRAP AND WAITED 2 HRS FOR SOMETHING NEVER EVEN STARTED I WOULD LOVE NOTHING THAT TO CLOSE THE RESTAURANT OR CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT HORRENDOUS SERVICE !!!!!1 NOT...

I wrote this review on another site like 3 years ago and they asked me to come back and give them another chance.

This was the review from 2016 I think this place is "relatively" good and I mean relative.

For me the experience was not good. Starting with my American coffee which was tepid, ending with a falsely advertised breakfast meal that should have had roasted red peppers, was instead filled with tomatoes, no red pepper in site. On the positive side, their bagel sandwiches and pita sure seem to be a hit with my husband and, (he's from that region) I can agree.

The service is mediocre and slow. Plus, I noticed they are a bit selective on who they smile upon. Will I be coming back to this place? Hopefully NOT!!

review from 2019 Upon my arrival to the hostess, there were 2 girls chatting, and I seemed to interrupt them.. I awkwardly excused myself and asked them where I could sit. One little or short pudgy little girl (looks central American) lead me to table with such disdain, I thought she was going to need an IV with caffeine infusion or something. Anyways, she led me to my table. ABout 3 different people came to my table to ask me for dinks, food or run the food to the table. It's fine by me, but I still don't know to this date, who my waitress was as no one introduced themselves.

The food was okay, but forgettable. I had some kind of breakfast veggie wrap and it was ok. They has a side salad, tasted really good, but had a acrid smelling dressing. As a matter of fact, when i was first seated, the table behind me must have been having that house salad and the smell really bothered me then. Once in front of me, it wasn't as bothersome.

Disappointed. I saw the menu I heard good things from my employees at my office so I wanted to try it out. So I called in to order breakfast for delivery. Im a business owner so I don't really have the luxury to zoom out and pick it up and come back.. and no one else in my office wanted breakfast.

I ordered an item and was told that the minimum to order was 20 dollars. I added as much as I could and got it up to 17 dollars.. anything other than that would just have gone in the trash because no one in my office wanted breakfast.. I was told by the woman on the phone (who i heard check with her manager) that they refuse to deliver for under $20!! So they let a perfectly good paying customer go for $3.00... keep in mind my office is just 7 minutes away from this place! LOL! I would have gladly tipped the guy more than the difference.. and I would def have been a loyal customer too as i've been dying to find a good breakfast spot in this area that delivers.. the last breakfast place that was around I would buy from daily and they knew me by name... until it unfortunately closed.

I don't know who's running things over there but they clearly have no clue about basic customer service. I will say the food looks GREAT though.. and I'm sure it is so I cant take away from them there give credit where it's due BUT.. good food is not all it takes to run a restaurant...
