First time trying this place. We were warmly greated on walking in. It was empty around noon on a Saturday, lots of tables that needed to be cleaned better, there were crumbs on them. The bathroom looked clean but there was no toilet paper. We had to ask for someone to bring some to guest using the facilities. Service was definitely not worth 18% charge on our check for a fast food Colombian eating place I would not call it a restaurant at all. . .was disappointed with the traditional burger, the burger meat was not tasty and unseasoned you need to put sauce and picante for it to be ok to eat. . . The Todos Terreno burger was not cooked enough and too under cooked and the meat had no flavor, the food looked way better than it actually tasted for sure! Tried the beef empanadas which were half stuffed with meat and although it was hot and seemed freshly made it was not that great, again needing sauce and picante. The Guanabana with water and the one with milk were the best thing we tried. The maracuya tasted like plain ice milk, flavorless . . .you couldn't taste the fruit at all. Overall not sure we will go there again. If you want to try there stuff get it to go or order and pick up or you will get stuck with a 18% service charge for nothing and they expect a tip too! that is...

if i could give 0 stars i would, the worse service ive ever received, i have a food business and honestly the owners should be embarrassed of the service their staff provides. went with a group of 4. they brought everyone’s food more than 30 minutes apart from the other, by the time each person got their food the other was done eating and waiting. they charged for water FROM THE SINK. we asked for forks 5 times, by the time we got them we had finished eating, and the waitress threw them on the table. they proceeded to charge us 18% and followed us and had a guy block our car so we wouldn’t leave the parking lot. they DEMANDED a tip where we are not legally obligated to pay for it. tried calling to speak to the manager and the server refused to allow me to...

Unfortunately this site has changed a lot. The food is tasteless and the service is very poor. In addition, they charge 18% service before providing service. There is no option. Is not like we don’t want to pay for their work (something that the owners passed to customers) but if they want to be paid for service the let me evaluate it after they provide it. In addition, during my visit, the bathroom needed urgent attention. When this was mentioned to the staff it was like talking to a wall. Nothing was done.
