Tony the pizza chef 2 — Restaurant in Hollywood

Went to Tony's 11/25/24 as a guest of the "Mayor" from the moment we got in the parking lot we felt special, went inside and sat at a table with the wall mural next to us and coul9stop looking at it,, it's an incredible mural. We met the employees who treated us as family. Tony was not in at the time but we met him via phone thru the mayor, he was very appreciative for us coming and sorry he wasn't there to meet us. But the rest of the employees , which I thought was awesome they called each other Papi and other italian names lol. Vinnie and Palo were incredible host sand cooks, We started with Cesar salad and garlic knots which were moist and tasty, 2ndly pizza that was cut up for everyone to try and if u like thin & crispy you need to try Tonys pizza. After that the food started rolling out chicken marsala, chicken parmesan, chicken picattta and vodka penne w/chicken.. the flavor and freshness was amazing, we sat everything out a family style, to say the least it was a feast we will never forget. After dinner leaving 50% of the food for take home, the tiramisu and lemon chello and espresso was served, once again we couldn't believe how good it was, the lemon chello was so smooth and easy as a after dinner drink, after a couple of hr' s we said goodbye to the employees with a friendly handshake and shoulder bump,,, it was an incredible dinner and for everything we experienced it was very very reasonable....and we need to say thank you to the Mayor (Jamie) for the family like experience, he knows tony well and it showed as I believe Jamie gave us the experience that Tony would want us to have, we will definitely return to Tony's in hopes of the same experience. .. if your in Hollywood Fla,, it's a must,,, nothing fancy but its absolutely the best italian we enjoyed while our 3 weeks in florida.... sorry I dont have pics because I was too busy feeding my face lol.... go there no...

I've been ordering from Tonys for years and these past couple of times have been horrible! I usually get delivery but recently they had a new girl on the phone that would take 20+ mins to take my order, so today I went in & ordered my food.. I asked for an italian sub w mayo, let, tomatoe, black olives & onions.. I said it 5 xs, she even put the order in the machine.. besides the fact that it took 25 minutes to make my sub & heat up a slice of pizza.. she forgot the onions & gave me 3 pieces of tomatos! I'm so disappointed in the workers there.. 25 minutes for a to go order?!? makes NO SENSE to me!! I wouldn't recommend tonys to anyone anymore.. it's a shame! I miss the girl w the glasses, she was always so nice, and fast, and made sure my sub...

Worst ever. I had a night planned for me and my 4 year old son, I called to place the order for delivery and the girl on the phone seemed pleasant enough. She said 45 minutes so I waited... Almost an hour later i call and she tells me that my food left and that she will call the driver... 20min later I call back and her and the manager are telling me they don't have any order for me and my address. UNBELIEVABLE! I asked if they could do something to fix the situation they treated me like I was crazy and like I didn't matter because they had other customers. I used to love this place but after this experience I will surely never be calling or...
