I had the pleasure of trying their chicharrón and asada pupusas, and let me tell you, they are a game changer. The masa? Handmade and so good it'll make you want to personally thank the corn gods.

This place is a little gem. I never knew about Central American food, until I was turned on to this place. The food will have you're taste buds singing. It's like experiencing a color you've never seen before and it's so brilliant. You've got to try the beef soft taco...it's not what you think... Its mind blowing delicious. Oh and the pupussas are absolutely fabulous. Hugo and his wife Maria know how to do it!!! All authentic family style food and service. I promise you will not be disappointed. Pupusatime has some tasty authentic dishes, the pupusas are flavorful and fresh. It's the kind of comfort food that makes you appreciate small, family run spots. This is a mom and pop operated shop and loved the out of the country home like feel. The customer service could use some improvement. The staff wasn't very attentive or welcoming during my visit and it felt like I was more of an interruption than a guest. A smile or a bit more engagement would go a long way in making the experience more inviting. I have high hopes for my next experience due to this being a holiday weekend, they were probably slammed.
