At South Tag Agency, Abigail helped me with an exceptional work ethic. She was very understanding about me having to go to get cash to pay, and even though was almost time to finished her shift and her coworkers picked on her, because I took a few minutes longer since I went to the bank instead of using the ATM nearby, she remained with the same disposition and continued helping me all the way. I would suggest the manager give Abigail a special recognition by using her as a role model to follow among all the workers providing services there. Abigail, keep it up! You made my day...

People are weird here. The tag agency is an absolute circus. I hope to never return.

The bagel shop is good and has decent stuff. The Jewish gift store was ok, but I can't understand the need for such a store in this area. (Are Jewish hispanics a thing?) The UPS store was great, good staff service while they looked busy. Nice guys. Everything else there is pretty basic.

But avoid the agency at all costs. 2 hour waits, 1 customer can take 40 min.... making it an extremely inefficient system. Rude, smelly, creepy, all the good...

Lots of various types of stores located in or very near to this location... Access to the roads from the parking lots are a challenge as the entrance/exits are small, access to either N Park or Hollywood Blvd is added in to the difficulty with all the heavy traffic at heavy traffic times. During off high traffic times, it is much easier to navigate through this area of shops and restaurants and offices of various disoplines... A short walk from the Tri-Rail Hollywood Blvd Station if you don't mind or are looking for a short...
