Little China — Restaurant in Holmen

I'm so sad to write this review. This was our absolute favorite Chinese restaurant unfortunately we will NEVER order here again. On Friday, we ordered takeout and into our first few bites my husband bit down on something hard in his General Tso's chicken. When he spit it out he realized it was a piece of green GLASS. We ended up not eating any of it at that point. When I called we were told to bring all the food back in to them and they would refund us. Then when we returned the food they informed us they actually aren't sure how to do a refund so we may not get our money back but they will cancel the transaction and hope the money will be returned in a few days. I wasn't going to write a review. But this is unacceptable. Not only was our dinner ruined, we then had to figure out something to eat at 8pm and go out of our way to return allll the food just for them to tell us we might not...

Tasty food, good service, decent prices. We went there on motorcycles thinking there was seating, there was not. It says dine in or something on the door and on the website. Maybe they moved and didn't update anything, or maybe they used to have a couple tables to eat at, once. Whatever the case it was a nice evening so we found an outdoor table just the other side of some trees close by and ate. The fried rice is brown, there is duck sauce and soy sauce in packets to grab, not sweet and sour, and the fortune cookies are next to the sauces and plastic ware. All in all...

I recently got takeout from Little China and had a fantastic experience. The generous portions left me more than satisfied, and I appreciated the extra onions for the pepper steak, which were packed separately (I think because the shrimp took up space). The shrimp fried rice and hot and sour soup were delicious as well. The prices are fair, making it a great value for the quality and quantity of food. What stood out the most was how healthy the dishes were—not overly salty or oily. I'll definitely be coming...
