$3800+ in property taxes a year and there’s been 2 shootings in a 2 block radius in the last month, illegal dumping outside my property and let’s not mention the homeless drug addicted population living in the woods around the corner that treks in front of my home all-hours of the night. As a citizen of Holyoke, I find that the city hall and it's employees hold nothing but selfish and unethical ways. The stigma that most locals carry is most definitely applied everytime that I, or plenty of people I know, have walked into the place. The staff is barely knowledgeable and seems to lean towards standard process of the individuals job title, nothing extra. Thoroughly dissapointed...
