Jennis kitchen is the most amazing little gem in Holyoke. Before even talking about the food, the local itself is very cozy & inviting in a "feels like abuelas kitchen" kinda way. Not a big spot but doesn't need to be. Jenni & her mom both have the most welcoming and warm personality. They'll treat you with love, como si estuvieras en familia & just by having a small conversation with Jenni you can tell all the love that is poured into her cooking. Then the FOOD, man listeeeen!!! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I've visited I'm blown away. This woman has blessed hands with sazón that was delivered to her by papa Dios himself, seriously lol. As someone born and raised in the island myself, her food really has that special touch you don't find often. Everything is delicious, haven't been disappointed in a single meal I've had there. I ordered the Italian sub the Mexican bowl and the soup of the day and it was sooooo delicious and easy on my pockets! Which was a bonus. I also have used her for my catering needs and she always exceeds my expectations! You have a lot of options from quick and go to a few minutes wait from yogurt salad soups and subs and the deal of the day! I just tried the chicken broccoli Alfredo and the pasta salad and they were both out of this world delicious! This is not regular chicken Alfredo, the sauce is obviously homemade and MMMM!
