Healthy Phone Tech — Local services in Homosassa Springs

I would definitely not recommend this place for your cellphone repair. My daughter dropped off my Pixel 6 with its case so we could pick up the phone the next day. The repair was not complete because of a part that was broken during the repair, and the tech did not have my sim card or my case. The tech became hostile when we insisted that the phone had a case and its sim card when we dropped it off, then proceeded to give us the unrepaired phone and the screen (for which we had to prepay nearly $300), and threw us out of the store. We called the police and were told it would be a civil matter, so we decided to get a replacement phone through Verizon, who were very accommodating and helpful. The next day a representative of the shop contacted us to let us know that we were given the wrong phone and asked that we bring it back and pick up our phone, which was repaired. We did not pay for labor but we did not receive any other compensation or even an apology from the tech for his extreme behavior or his mistake. I've worked in the service industry and this shop lacks any customer service and technical integrity. While on vacation, and traveling south towards the Florida Gulf to see the Wildlife Refuge and the Manatees, my Apple Iphone stopped working. Not familiar with the Chrystal River area, I stopped and asked if there were any local phone repair stores. A local person told me about The Healthy Phone Tech Store in the Pine View Plaza Shopping Center on West Gulf to Lake Highway. I walked in to the most amazing shop and was greeted by the phone tech named Tom. Tom actually met me at the door entrance when I arrived. After our meeting, he took his time evaluating my phone and explaining what he thought was the problem. I told him I was on vacation and really needed my phone. Tom then said that if I could wait, he would fix it now. He invited me to sit in his confortable front waiting area, and asked if I would like something to drink. Tom them went to work swiftly, keeping me informed along the process. I was quoted a price beforehand and the repair came out cheaper, so I got the better price! Tom is an honest business person, and I am so grateful his store was in my path. I would not hesitate to use his services again , when I am in the area. I've been to other places to have my screen replaced because spectrum sent me the places to just want to way too much money and they wouldn't cover it under their insurance whatever their deal was gentleman there took care of me it'll have my phone back together by Wednesday at the latest I just dropped it off this morning the 16th I believe he told me he had to order parts The price that they gave me extremely fair even checked my other phone for me just to see if it was something wrong with it just told me it was really old and out of date and not nothing I can do about it but it still works for the most part I can use my data to make phone calls using one of those Wi-Fi phone numbers but I do miss my Galaxy a53 5G I'll have it back soon go and check this gentleman out and this place I think he is very fair price and he's honest he told me I could have went more expensive rod or I can go this from of course I had to take the cheaper out because I am spending money...
