Ellianos Coffee — Restaurant in Crystal River

We visited this location since we were in the area. Normally we frequently go to the Dunnellon location. Placed an order for the usual, Sweet tea with a shot of flavor & was told by the nice young lady they don't have that any longer, that shocked me, then asked for a sunny brew, was told they don't have that either because it was seasonal🤔. I questioned that to myself because we just ordered it yesterday in Dunnellon. So instead of leaving as I wanted, we ordered 2 small refreshers with light ice. Which is a kid size. Total a little over $10. I recieved both drinks to see that they were not full! Asked why they were not, and was told when u ask for light ice they are not allowed to fill them to the top. I was very disappointed because we know a small drink doesn't cost the franchise $5+! But, the least u can do is fill it, vs leaving the cup half or an inch short from the top. I didn't argue with her for doing her job & what she was told. But I'll stick with a different location...

I brought my grandmother in yesterday and we went to grab lunch and a soda we waited minutes 40 minutes at least to be served people behind the counter were dilly dallying with coloring books we finally ate after an hour of waiting. Food was alright but it was not worth the hour or so of waiting I asked for the bill and we left good location idea just need to improve on a couple things. I will be going back later this year to see if...

The iced lattes here cannot compare to Dunkin or Starbucks. The drinks here are much more balanced between sweet and strong. The toffee flavored has been my favorite so far. The ham and cheese paired perfectly with it for a late brunch. I get iced coffee multiple times a day, and I think I found my new favorite place. I’d add pics but my drink only lasted about 3 mins before it...
