Not thrilled. We are visiting the area and I purchased 4 play cards for the arcade. The computer malfunctions 2 the point that an attendant had to reboot it. I got my play cards and everything was fine we played our games and then at the end 1 of the cards would not read. The lady had a bit of an attitude and argued with me that I purchased a BLANK card. I explained to her that no it was not blank I had money on it and we played games with it but yet the machine had no play history no money history or points. The other 3 cards were fine $20 on each. I have my receipt says $80 so where did the invisible money go ya know. I didn't feel like taking away from my kids experiences so I let it go. Then we sit down order drinks and pizza. The service was terrible we had 4 kids and 3 adults the women didn't bring plates and was very hard 2 get a hold of for anything service wise not like any other bowling alley we have visited. I guess this explains why not many people were at this establishment outside of the bowling league playing that night.
I like your story below, sad that it's not all true. 1. my child did not FIND a card. Yes you checked it WITH me because I explained what happened and insisted you let me show you. 2. I had my receipt and cards as I was explaining this issue. 3. It was not a full house when we arrived. It was slow until the bowling league showed up. Your female employee (guessing it was you by the excuses below) had issues outside of what was happening with me and my family. That is fine we all have bad days. No need to act the way you did. Also we had 7 card total but I had the receipt for only being as that's what I paid for .
I only left this review 2 warn others. 20bux is 20bux the kids had fun and after the aggravation the band echo/sixx turned it all around and made our day and is the only reason your place didn't get a...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I were from out of town and wanted to do some bowling during the day. On Thursday’s it says they have bowling for $2.50 and $3 shoe rentals until 6:30pm. First, we walk in and the lanes are being “oiled” and so everyone in there is bowling on the last couple of lanes. We go to the counter and a worker walks by us and does not acknowledge us. Walks down to the end and then walks back, goes in the door to the area to get shoes and ask us what we need help with, which at this point he still has not done. He walks to the back where his PHONE IS CHARGING and proceeds to begin TEXTING while we are standing at the counter and he has still not even spoke to us. When he so kindly gets off his phone, he didn’t speak to us and went to walk by and my boyfriend had to speak first and say “is there someone here that can help us?” He continues walking and says “he’ll be here,” and goes to help a customer that came in AFTER us. We wait for a couple minutes longer and then when he decides we can be helped we mention the special that is listed online and he says “that is tonight” when the website clearly said “10:30AM- 6:30PM.” We were going to go ahead and bowl so we asked for two games and the man said “well this guy is having to “oil the whole house” so I’m not sure if you can bowl that much until the “Oiler gets to you.” Mind you, that man oilling the lanes, was already 9 lanes away from where we were bowling. We decided to leave because, 1. The worker had us irritated for not even acknowledging us and going TO HIS PHONE, 2. The special was wrong??? 3. They were going to continue to let us pay for something they knew we would not get full fulfillment out of because of the man that was “oilling” the lanes. We will be finding enjoyment else where, where we feel important enough to be spoken to and...
Read moreThis place needs work!! I don’t understand why it’s so highly rated. We played 2 games and it was $120!!! I had my two kids with me (one and two year old). I brought their sippy cups in with us (with WATER in them). We were basically yelled at by the manager for bringing in their own drinks. NOT KID FRIENDLY I GUESS?? You can’t deny a one year old milk and water from home!! If I can bring necessary items for my children into an airport I should be able to bring them to a bowling alley!! We repeatedly told the manager the cups had WATER in them for our toddlers and she did not care!! She could have smelled it to make sure it wasn’t liquor but nope she insisted this was the policy at ALL BOWLEROS. I don’t see milk on their menu? You order water here and it tastes gross. We will not be back!! Also, I took my two year old into the arcade (newly renovated) NICE! However half the games don’t work. Oh and they don’t have out of order signs on them so when you swipe your credit card it takes your credits and you’re left with no game!! This happened on many games but the one that really got us was the air hockey table! The puck was missing. Apparently “It’s been missing for weeks” BUT NO SIGN. I swiped the card twice thinking it was my error but there was 10 credits down the drain. My husband brought it to the managers attention and she blew him off like it was nothing. He eventually went back asking for credits to be added back to the card. All around, management was so rude. And I’m really disappointed with all the trouble we went through just to have a night out. I would recommend finding another bowling alley. Not...
