RISE Medical Cannabis Dispensary Crystal River — Local services in Crystal River

Unfortunately have placed last order with this dispensary as of today. A shameful example of a great business outgrowing it's workforce. Was the only dispensary I really used anymore, and the only one for needed deliveries. Last 3 deliveries were messed up though, so unfortunately I'm done after today. 1st mess up was several hours outside scheduled time, and then all concentrates were left at store by accident. 2nd mess up was hours outside scheduled delivery window, and concentrates delivered upside-down. 3rd mess up was today. Delivery window 10 am-12 pm. Call about 12:15 pm letting me know they would be late. Obviously! Would definitely be here by 3 pm, were informed i had to leave no later than 3:45. 3pm no show, so i called and canceled delivery. Will unfortunately never go back 😕. Was my favorite place to get my medicine. Now....? Ugh... Trulieve? Such a huge disappointment all the way around.

UPDATE: Tried to contact to make things right as requested in Rise response. Was asked for all contact information so someone could reach out to me directly. 2 weeks later and still nothing. First thing these people all get 5 Stars!!!! Here’s why, First time there I was greeted by Markus, he checked me in quickly explained all services and recommended product. (Made me feel like part of a family). The young lady who issued the product and cashed me out ! Angie so nice and very informative. This was my first time here.

The second time I brought my wife and she purchased some products and Carlos , who politely introduced himself gave me a pre roll for $1.00 yes that’s one dollar( as a referral ) Carlos was not only informative but has excellent people skills. Awesome man!!! Super nice and knowledgeable for sure. Today (3/12/25) I came in for my second purchase and was greeted by Markus, which was as awesome as the first time I came. Was processed out by a very nice young lady( sorry about spelling) Kaylenne. (KK) excellent associate very kind and knowledgeable. So the skinny is if you want to be treated like a person rather than a number shop here!! The prices are spot on and the staff, well they are SUPERB AND USER FRIENDLY!!! Thanks for reading Robert...

I recently visited Rise Weed Dispensary and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, making sure I understood the different products available. They took the time to ask what I was looking for and recommended some great options based on my needs.

The selection of cannabis is top-notch with a variety of strains, edibles, and concentrates, all at reasonable prices. The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a calm, inviting atmosphere. I especially appreciated the quality of the flower, which was fresh and well-cured. I was very satisfied with customer service Kara provided and all other staff.
