Florida Feels Herbalife Nutrition — Restaurant in Florida

Edit: After a little research, this place, Florida Feels, is nothing more than an extention of Hebalife. Herbalife is a scam multi-level-marketing/pyramid scheme company that is already in trouble with the FTC. Cult members like this will defend these practices to no end.

These nutrition clubs want to promote health but they are doing anything but. This nutrition club is actually just a way to make money selling Herbalife and unfortunately the managers of said clubs are misinformed by Herbalife themselves and will most likely stop selling at some point. If you didn't like Amway, then run as fast as you can from this place.

Original review: "What kind of a place does not refund a dissatisfied customer? Seems like a missed opportunity to make a long standing, health conscious, customer. The staff took the low road instead, belittling the woman when she asked for a replacement by turning the screen to show the price of the replacement. How is that "offering a replacement"? On top of that, they allowed a customer to join in on whatever games they were playing, cause at this point, the staff was doing this for thier amusement.

I’ve stopped in a couple times to get an energy tea / protein-shake combo for before/after the gym, and every time it’s been a pleasant experience. The people are nice, they ask how your day is, they have a smile on their face. It seems the owners genuinely want to be there and do good business, which is refreshing in this day and age. After dealing with years of bad customer service, I have a high standard for businesses these days, and these guys get my vote. My daughter and I went in today to check out what they had. Extremely clean, bright and welcoming. Unfamiliar with their teas and shakes the girls were extremely helpful with filling us in on the nutritional content and guiding us toward our final selection of tea bombs. I had the blue Hawaiian and highly recommend it. Being diabetic and health conscious I was extremely pleased that they are sweetened with Stevia. I will also add that I had energy for HOURS!
