7-Eleven — Local services in Honolulu

8.2.2024: 1 hour ago (approximately 3pm) we ordered food from the California Ave store. We were charged and notified that it would be delivered within 30 min. When an hour passed we called the store, gave them our order #. The associate said there was 1. No mgr. on duty. 2. Our order # does not show up in there system. We have an online invoice for the order. There is no way for customers to know 1. Who's delivering. 2. How long it will take. 3. Tracking info of the driver. 4. Contact Info of the driver. Are they using UberEats, DoorDash, InstaCart to deliver 7-11 online orders? The cashier said we need to wait until tomorrow (8.3.2024) to 1. Speak to a mgr. 2. Get a refund or 3. Get our order processed. We ordered through the 7-11 app we just downloaded. Either the entire 7-11 online order system is broken or something is wrong with this system at the 7-11 store on California Ave in...

The biggest problem I have with this company is just how unhealthy almost everything they offer is. Finding decent savory foods for vegans is next to impossible at any location. Vegan and vegetarian options are not clearly labeled as such and generally don't exist. I understand why obesity is rampant in Hawaii. It's because of places like this, offering nothing but health problems to the community. They are nothing like the locations in Japan.

The only thing going for them is they sell Itoen tea at a decent price which is probably the healthiest drink on offer next to coconut water, or just plain water. In any case, you will get diabetes or heart disease eating here. Guaranteed. Go to "Down to Earth" instead. Pricey...

It wasn't 1st time to shop there but this time, it was so weird. Bought spicy bulgogi roll (picked up myself) and lup cheong manapua(orderedat the counter). The guy at the counter repeated 'lup cheong manaoua' loud and unnecessary but after I paid, he expected me to leave only with the roll. I asked him manapua again and he started repeating it. He started picking it up from the warmer but I saw him picking up chashu manapua. I stopped him and pointed that out. No apology but finally got what I paid for. What the...? Also the roll was really bad. The rice was totally dry and hard even though I ate it by noon on 30th when the label said best eaten by 3pm 31st. Total...
