Okay it’s been over a week but I’m trying to think why I really dislike my haircut. And I realized that I said exactly what I wanted and she didn’t get it. And my hair is cut nothing like I said I can’t take it back. My hair was so long. I asked for my bangs to be trimmed and some layers. I was very nervous getting Ling because she is an old Asian lady. And now I regret getting her because she gave me an old Asian lady haircut. No offense but she obviously doesn’t know more modern styles. I kept asking to keep the length at my shoulders like over and over but she was like yes at the back. She layered it and I kept seeing it getting shorter and shorter. And all I wanted was a two inch trim around the head and long layers keeping the length but making it light. But other than that I walked out with a short bob almost like mushroom cut and a mullet coming out the back. My long hair is gone. When I pull the hair it’s gone. The layers around my face stop at my chin. I have a round face and would have assumed if she knew how to cut right she would have kept the length around my face but it’s gone into this bob that I never asked for. I can’t curl my hair into curls. I can’t put it in a pony tail it’s just all a stub. My husband didn’t like it and we are dealing with it. I don’t want to take pictures and I literally went home looking to buy clip in extensions to get back my length and have the right layers. My profile picture of my hair is way better and now I regret getting my hair done here. If I wanted short hair with a tail sure but that’s not what I asked for. I’ve been going here for years but it’s really hit or miss. And now I don’t feel comfortable going here and especially when I randomly walk in and hope everyone cannot...

I gave them five stars for the eyebrows before — I quated my review about waxing experience by the end of this review of hair cut yesterday—but after my visit yesterday, I changed my mind as the reason for today's visit is differnt. yesterday, I visted this salon to cut my two daughters' hair. The first one goes well with the haircut because it is like a normal straight cut. It will definitly go astray for a little more complicated haircut.

My eight-years old daughter has a very beautiful straight-wavy hair that goes a little bit under the shoulder. I showed Gela the picture of the intended haircut. I asked the stylist not to get the haircut too short. It is very clear from the picture, I showed to her, that the hair should be longer from the front and little bit shorter from the back. Guss what i get? The opposite! My daughter starts shedding tears while she is still under the stylist's scissors. I jumped towards her to re-explain what i wanted but it was late. She keeps on trimming shorter while my daughter's goes on crying. What is more? I asked her of a hot towel and she didn't use those hot towels. They charged me full papment 39 $ for both kid's bad haircuts. Don't waste your money and your current style.

I have been to this Location about 5 times now. I usually really enjoy the stylists however today I saw something so disrespectful that I may never return. As I was waiting for my haircut with a nice elderly lady who was hard of hearing was waiting before me, and the man named Micah Tom was so rude and disrespectful towards her. Rolling his eyes talking down to her not being nice or respectful at all. If you are grumpy thats fine but don't be disrespectful. I was so upset by how he acted I stood up and told him to take my name off the list and that I was disgusted with how he was treating her, rolling his eyes and being so rude. The lady was very happy and even laughing because she accidentally sat on the apron while he tried to just yank it out. I feel so bad, I wish I had convinced her to go somewhere else and I would've paid for her to get a haircut. If you ever go to this location stay away from Micah, everyone else there has been wonderful. I will not continue going here so that I don't have to witness how this individual treats others especially someone who was so sweet but just couldn't hear that well.
