Honolulu Airport Shuttle by Fly — Attraction in Honolulu

I was told by a person that this was a good shuttle service so I booked it for my granddaughter along with a couple of friends. I was told my granddaughter would be picked up at 8:45 pm from our hotel and my friends were told they would be picked up at 9 pm. from their hotel. Well come 9:00 we were still waiting so we phoned the shuttle service. They said they were picking up the other people first. When our friends were picked up they asked the shuttle driver where our granddaughter was and he told them he was told not to come and do the pickup at our hotel. The driver confirmed this with me when I asked him. Thank god we phoned them cause It was only after our phone call that they came and picked our granddaughter up. Good thing we had friends on the shuttle and also that we phoned to see where they were. We would have been scrambling for a ride to the airport so our granddaughter didn’t miss her flight. We will be spreading the word in Waikiki To everyone we know of the horrible service from this shuttle service. We come every winter and know a lot of people here. The worst tour company! STAY AWAY!!!! We booked a tour for Pearl Harbor. The description was not very accurate. 12 hours before the called to tell us we could not go to the USS Arizona, they did offer a refund but when asked what exactly that meant she told me "nothing really you still have access to everything else." After we arrived our tour guide just dropped us off and when we asked what was included and where our tickets were his response was "call the office." We relied on very helpful park rangers to better understand what exactly our "tour" included. I use tour loosely because it was a glorified ride to pearl harbor and included nothing else. If you can drive your rental car or take an Uber and save your money for the museums you still have to pay for. Also when calling the company the woman I spoke to was very rude, did not apologize for the misinformation, in fact she wanted to get into a yelling match instead of helping out a...

We bought tickets to Pearl Harbor tour and the Primary reason to buy the tour was to ensure that we get to visit the USS Arizona Memorial. The USS Arizona memorial was closed to visitors for a while, a fact that was known to the Fly Shuttle. Everything else at Pearl Harbor Memorial is already free. Museums that require entry fees are not included in the Fly Shuttle tour so you end up paying to get in some of the museums anyway.If you have a rental car, you are better off driving down to the Pearl Harbor and enjoy the tour for free and make donations to the Pearl Harbor Memorial (with the money you would pay Fly Shuttle for almost nothing). They will call you less than 24 hours before the tour to tell you that USS Arizona is closed and can refund your purchase but if you have everything planned out, it’s too late to start rescheduling.
