C. S. Wo & Sons Warehouse — Local services in Honolulu

Went for a pick up and the guys were very nice, but they gave me the wrong item. We wanted to schedule a delivery but the scheduled time was inflexible and did not work with our work schedules because they only could give us a 2-hour window that we couldn't customize. They loaded it in our car at the warehouse, and when we got home, we saw it was incorrect and larger than the dresser we ordered. We called customer service and they wanted us to reload the dresser and bring it back to return. We told them that because it was their mistake, we wanted them to come grab this dresser and drop off the correct one since we live 30 minutes from the warehouse and the dresser was incredibly heavy. I will update this review based on customer service's response.
