Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Honolulu

I can't even believe I have to give it ANY stars to write my review! I went to this Jack in the box last night. I got in a line about 9:55pm. Got to the speaker to take my order about 10:20pm and while my spouse was making our order, the lady taking our order seemed like she was rushing us, when the order was completed, she was asking us if there was anything else we wanted and then we heard another lady through the speaker yell at her "No!!! That's enough!"Didn't think nothing of it, maybe she was overfilling a soda while taking our order.... When we finally got to the window to pay and pick up our order it was 10:55pm the lady making the drinks was speaking in Filipino not realizing I understand it. She was complaining about our order (4 meals) and why the other lady was asking us if we wanted anything more causing them to work more. Said that we were "HER people " (her meaning the other lady), complaining about our order and kept on going.. I know the business's are troubled right now, I mean we are in a pandemic that is causing staff shortage BUT THEN after we left the drive through so the other millions of people could get through to their food after waiting over an hour, She didn't even give us our right order. We were missing a large fries and a burger.....She was to busy complaining about people and working that she didn't even give us everything we paid for with no discounts applied along with waiting over 1 whole hour. I didn't even want to go back at that point, I just finished working a 12 hour day and wanted to just go home. Looks like there is good reviews otherwise, maybe don't go...

Honestly this place can never get one order right, 9/10 times? 9 times the order would be wrong. Pretty disappointed, please improve. The old lady in the white shirt, I think it was the manager? She heard us complain about not having our tacos but she just walked away without saying a thing. Please do better service and listen to the customers' orders [and get them right], it would be very thoughtful. Run better service and open your ears. I never knew Jack in the Box at the stadium mall hires deaf people, even if it was deaf, they're also blind because they clearly can't see the orders. A fast food restaurant with only 2.5 stars? That's horrible. Please, PLEASE, improve...

Dined in here. Coming here first impression is alot of the tables are dirty, just need some outside attention. Other than that, WOW. I did not expect to be so surprised about a fast food being so well made or if it's just bc i been going to Moanalua location (not good). All of my food was HOT yes HOT, they know how to make the wedges here, the burger was so good and literally looked like the pictures, tacos were CRUNCHY and hot not soggy. So so glad i came here at this time today. Thank you for the workers here around 1/2 pm today. Loved it, hit the spot. Would drive here to skip the other location...
