It's a little hit or miss depending on staffing and who is making your drinks. One tall gentleman with dark brown hair was making picture perfect drinks while the other female barista seemed to be having a rough day. Two of our drinks were completely ice, two sips of liquid. Went back to show the star barista and he remade one of our drinks and apologized. Place is so busy. Staff seems to not have time for being friendly.

Very kind and friendly staff with great smile and nice tone of voice. Seating area is still closed due to COVID-19 as of June 2020, but there are restrooms that belong to Target, which is nice. Order, shop at Target, then grab and go.

Very bad service..waited too long for my greentea latte and gave me a warm latte.. I made clear to the cashier for an extra matcha and extra hot. After almost 30 mins of wait the guy gave me a warm latte. I said I want it hot and he said I'll warm it up for you.. I waited for too long and made it clear before even paying it and he's gonna reheat it for me??? So disappointed. I left THE latte with them.. I want my money back!!!!! very bad service and annoying crew..December...

Service was slow and the location only had two workers despite the holiday madness. From start to finish it was about 15 minutes for a single frappe. The drink was made well, just stars dinged for the wait time and the customer service itself. Lots of customers waiting for their items, both mobile and...
