Read moreI’ve been training with Kepa for several years now, first with one friend and now 2 more because it has been such a worthwhile and fun way to get fit and stay fit. Kepa is able to tailor the exercises so that even with our various ailments )sore shoulder, bum knee, etc) we still get the most out of our workouts. I had chronic pain in my knees (minor surgeries) and now I can do so many more things without swelling. Overall strength has improved and just healthier all around. Kepa does work in diet/nutrition tips which have helped me understand about protein intake,etc All while we are busy sweating away! Kepa jumped on a call with me the same day to learn more about my goals & needs, and then brought me in for an in-person assessment.
