I stumbled upon this place after attending a Yelp Event. Coming with yoga mat in hand I realized that this place is a hidden gem where all you need is YOU.
We placed our yoga mats in the next room and started a warm up like no other. The goal was to build heat in our core, clear the mind, and realign. AND IT WORKED! The controlled movements seemed perfectly designed to warm the body and at the same time relax.
Master Cat came in like a ray of light, full of energy and ready to play. The hour that followed was full of stretching and movement that challenged us, but above the challenge gave us extra energy. By the end of the class I was sweaty, but felt light and at peace. I was revived and ready to take on the rest of my day.
We got a book written by the centerās founder Ill Chi Lee. Between the book and that first experience I couldnāt stay away.
Since then Iāve been going for a couple months and can see myself coming forever. Master Cat keeps it challenging and above all helps each individual develop the tools to heal themselves, both body and mind.
