Wow! I sincerely hope they are this wonderful every time. My daughter and I went for her first mani pedi as drop ins. We didn’t want gel or anything too fancy, but it was a lovely experience! Diana was my specialist and she gave a great massage, hot towel was great and she made me feel super comfortable. Most nail artists there were very quiet but Diana and I talked a good bit- (which I actually did like!) She made me feel at ease and cared for. All the ladies who helped us were very nice as well! That makes such a difference, especially when it’s sincere. Also this was the prettiest my nails have looked in forever! My daughter got a unique almost cow print like design and loved it! The owner said she can do any kind of print as long as I showed her a picture. I asked are you sure she said of course. When I showed her the picture she said easy she will do exactly like the picture. Right before she was going to do the floral print she said she will do her style it’s nicer that’s because she couldn’t do the print I wanted. It was plain and not what I asked and paid for. I suggest not to promise a customer that you can do the print and end not being able to and do your own...

The service used to be top notch. Lately, they have been rushing to do my nails. My nails have been breaking doing mundane tasks, never did that when I was lifting weights. The technician doesn't listen to how I want my nails shaped and they are cutting my cuticle with the tool every visit which never happened before.
