I had a tear in my armrest, and needed it to get repaired. Toyota only offered a whole replacement of the door panel. I brought my Toyota Avalon in to see if Noah and the crew could help me repair it. He took a look at it, and scheduled me QUICK!! I was shown the in stock replacements, and in a few hours I got a call it was done. The material and work was quality, and I think it's better than the manufacturer. Stitching was excellent, and it was above my expectations. I made a shot in the dark selecting Fred's Auto Top Shop, and I think I made a great decision. Extremely satisfied with the replacement of the armrest material!!!! :D Just a tip to get there, use the ramp on the side of the building to the top level. Customer service was the best!! Mahalo!!

I don't know where to start. I recently purchased a used vehicle and noticed the headliner was falling. I contacted Fred's Auto Top Shop via Yelp. I got a quick response and he said come on down and let me take a look. I was in the area one day and showed up unannounced. Noah was accommodating and very welcoming. After a couple questions it turned into a wala'au session and we reminisced about when I first got my other car's taken care of here in the 90's. Fred's has been around for 74 years and no doubt if I need any more work done, this is the place. Excellent professional quality workmanship from beginning to end. Aloha and Mahalo Noah...

Noah, who helped us, really truly cares about the attention to detail and made our car look amazing. Not only did he care about the car, but he also cared about us. What an amazing guy!!! We enjoyed meeting him. I can't sing his praises enough. If you need any upholstery work done, Fred's is the only place you want to go!!!!

We got a mini Cooper that we love, but the headliner was destroyed. We found Fred's online and are so thankful that we did. They are amazing. They did a fantastic job. Noah, who helped us, really truly cares about the attention to detail and made our car look amazing. Not only did he care about the car, but he also cared about us. What an amazing guy!!! I had my car broken into via the driver's side window and the glass had ripped a little bit of the Upholstery on the inside panel of my driver's side door. From my initial call through to actual service, Noah was incredibly professional and helpful. He provided me different options varying in price, did the research to find those options and was never ever pushy. He even recommended i go with the more affordable option first to see if I could live with it verses just push me to do the much more costly option. Clearly, this is a company that genuinely wants to help and provide great service. I highly recommend Fred's Auto Top Shop for all your auto...
