On January 30, I took my laptop in to geek squad to get it repaired. After they examined it, they said it couldn't be repaired, They gave me several options, one of which is they said they could recover all of my music and photos onto a flash drive. They claimed that the drives I gave them didn't have enough memory so I agreed to buying a 128gb flash drive,, with the understanding that they could store all of my files on it. I picked up my items on2/15/2021, and when I got home, I proceeded to install the 128gb flash drive into my home computer. I was really upset 😡 when I found out that absolutely nothing that I asked for was installed onto that new flash drive that they sold to me. I also checked the drives I provided to them, absolutely nothing downloaded to them either. Why is it that different employees tell me different dates on when my order will arrive, and when I arrive on said dates its not there.
