Buyer Beware!! Prices advertised ARE NOT HONORED!! Double and triple check before you purchase! The price listed on the item page will adjust to several hundred dollars more expensive at the checkout page… we had been working with a sales associate for several days and was quoted a specific price for a bracelet. The price online did not change however when we called to order the bracelet through the sales rep, they quoted us a price that was $200 higher than what we were previously quoted from the sales rep and also listed on the item page. When we asked about the discrepancy, we were told that the Price and Gold had gone up since two days ago?? (THE PRICE IN GOLD HAD ACTUALLY GONE DOWN SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS SINCE THE DAY WE ORIGINALLY INQUIRED 4/22 vs 4/24)… there’s something sketchy going on… Not sure if they’re deliberately marking up the price at checkout, hoping customers won’t notice, or price gouging due to Mother’s Day, but something is definitely off… Our sales rep Dana said he would try and have the price adjusted to what is advertised on the website however the owner declined doing so…. Which technically is also illegal…. Advertise one price, but then charge customers another at checkout?? My mother had been waiting several years to get this specific bracelet to match mine, that was gifted to me 35 years ago from my parents. It was going to be a Mother’s Day gift to her, however that gift won’t be happening anymore unfortunately. So sad that she needs to lose out because they do not legally honor on their prices...
