I’ve been there twice in two months, this lady cut my hair twice and she was very nice but i told this lady i wanted an undercut, while she was cutting the hair, she mentioned that she was gonna trim the top of my hair (which i didn’t want her to and i mentioned it from the beginning that i don’t want the top of my hair to be trimmed/cut. Afterwards, she used the blow dryer to remove hair on my neck and she’s been blow drying my neck for a while and it caused my neck to burn later when i left the store and it was really red and painful. I really recommend you guys to listen to what customers want and what they need...
