Went in to get links taken out of my new watch. I was the only customer for the moment, I assume Ted and I agreed to take out a few links. He started on my watch and then another customer walked in. He set my watch down and helped the other customer. I let it go. Then 2 minutes later another customer walked in and he helped them instead of completeing my service! He never said a word to me, just left my watch. What horrible customer service. Will...

Ted is excellent. My wife had 1 broken Hawaiian bracelet, 3 Hawaiian bracelets that needed resizing, a gold necklace that needed a new clasp and a hard to find screw on backing for 1 of her diamond earrings. We were leaving the island in a couple weeks and my wife was worried that it wouldn't be done in time. All was accomplished quickly and professionally. Mahalo Ted you...
