Michael is an absolute joy to work with, knows his craft in and out, and goes out of his way to educate his customers and meet their needs. I took a very important document in for framing. He examined and discussed options with me for at least twenty minutes, and asked several questions about what I planned to hang it with, what styles I preferred, and questions I did not think to ask such as how much daily sun exposure to expect, what kind of lighting I would place it in, etc. As a first-timer in a framing shop, I expected to be overwhelmed, but he made the process painless as he outlined his recommendations and, very importantly to me, did not pressure and shove his more expensive options at me. Everything about this place is exceptional. The interior has neat and different decor, the displays are beautiful, and the customer service is unmatched. Michael is fantastic- I came in because he has done 2 custom jobs for my husband that were gifts for me and they are both gorgeous pieces! I took SO much of his time, but I never once felt rushed or like I was an imposition. I know he is busy, and making each guest feel as if they are the only one he has makes this place different from the rest. Keep up the excellent work...

Great place to get something special framed. He helped us pick out an awesome frame to match our huge canvas painting and we were amazed at how affordable it was. Cheaper than what Michaels quoted us for just a canvas stretcher without a frame... Definitely taking everything I need framed to him.

Update: we have now gotten a total of 6 things framed here and they have all been amazing! Michael is very creative and always helps us pick a great frame....
