If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to LOVE this store. But long story short I had a nightmare of a time with customer service. I had to call corporate on them but they wouldn't even give me the number for corporate. I had to call a different five below to get the number for corporate because they wouldn't give it to me.
They lied to me, lied on me, made up names. Hung up on me MULTIPLE times. Multiple like 5 or 6 not like 1 or 2 and in the end did not help me.
The manager Tory (if that was her real name since they were giving me fake names) told me she was going to CALL THE POLICE ON ME FOR HARRASSMENT. Really? If they would have given me the info I was asking for in the first place and stopped hanging up on me I wouldn't have had to keep calling back.
They talked to me as if I was some nuisance, and not a human being. And DEFINITELY not a valued customer. I hope Tory and Toni (if those are their real names) get fired because they are bad for business.
I used to think reviews like this were crazy, like why would someone treat a customer like that? That's terrible. But now I see that reviews like this are really real and I'll never shop at this...

I am pretty sure something was muttered about me interrupting her to another employee (didn't know I was interrupting her by walking up to the one register she was at with the light on- if she would have just said that to me when I walked up I would have been more than happy to move to another register or wait) but yet she didn't say anything to me but to mumble my price at me, give me dirty looks and even decided to not even hand my bags to me. I would take a less clean Five Below over a cleaner one with rude employees any day. If someone is interrupting you doing something at a register, you can always cut that light off or maybe mention it to them. Gave 2 stars because at least the store was clean and I don't live in the area so I don't have to deal with a rude staff at the location...
