horrible experience would leave 0 stars if i could saw this happen to multiple people there that i saw while i waited heres a run down of it I went in with a Iphone 8+ with a broken screen on 08/9/25 and had to wait around for a good 5-10 minutes to even see a worker and when one did come out he attended someone that had been there waiting and hardly acknowledge me and the other people there waiting after a good 30 minute wait another worker came out and started helping people i showed him multiple phones i needed fixed (Iphone 8+,11, galaxy s10)he gave me a quick estimate then i realized that they didn’t take cash which was all i had at the time till i remember i had a card so i paid for the 8+ to get fixed since it was the only place that had that screen in stock out of the 2 other places i had called so i then paid for it in advance and went on with life till they called me on 8/10/25 about some sensors and the front camera being messed up and they asked if it was ok to continue and i agreed (no mention of the mid frame being broken at all or any other issues) when i proceeded to pick it up they repeated the same thing they told me and handed it to me i got to the car took a picture to show my partner and i drove off at the first traffic light look at the phone to check if it was charging cuss they gave it to me basically dead and i saw that the top right was lifted like if the forgot to put it together so i turned around when i got there they asked what was wrong and i showed them and then they said they would be right back and left with it and they were gone for 10-15 minutes and then the guy that worked on it came out and said that it had to be damage from before and then i asked for a explanation on how that could so if it was intact when i took it in then the same guy said they would talk to there boss and check the cameras after he was gone again for a while he came back and told me it was “inconclusive” and that since they had no proof it was broken before i was “well with in my right” his words and they would warranty with no charge as long as i left my phone there till the part came in and they told me it would be ready sometime the next week (8/14/25) i proceed with my life till they i get a missed call from them then i call them back and they don’t answer then i decided i’d just go there on friday a day later they told me the part would be there when i get there the same thing again waiting for anyone to attend me and the 3-4 other people waiting when i’m finally attended the guy says he remembers me and that they can’t warranty it cuss it was broken before i took it and that he had typed it in and i told him how convenient that it wasn’t mentioned on the voicemail or phone call we had or when i told them they broke it nor did then after they checked the cameras when i went back he proceeded to say it was broken before and there was nothing they could do i told him how was it that it was broken before i got there and then when they gave it back to me one side was broken and not both said it was cuss it was broken before i took it and said we’d have to agree to disagree but would not answer my question about they’re negligence because either it was broken and they failed to tell me (it would cost more to fix then phone then buy a new one) it was broken and how to i wanted to deal with it i wouldn’t have fixed it after a few minutes of them giving me the run around they gave me my phone after they had to let sum glue dry and so i left and plugged up my phone to changer it i had it on for a hour or so and the screen never turned on but i silenced it and i can feel it vibrate as well as the home button and as soon as i noticed i attempted to call them but they were closed and i have a feeling they are going to give me the runaround again and say they can’t warranty it (cuss they messed up and don’t want to make it right) they basically made me pay to brake...
Read moreI had an excellent experience here thanks to Lydia and Anthony! I had a total of four in store interactions. My first visit was to see if they could help me replace the battery on my Sony Xperia 1 II, I was informed that they could not get my battery through their supplier. This did not shock me as Sony is a peculiar brand, in that no major outlet sells their phones in store. Anthony then informed me that if I bought a battery and brought it in they could fix it for me. No problem here as I was able to find a battery that fit my phone and brought it in a few days later. I was informed it might be a few days before they could get to my phone as they had other appointments and a back log after some computer issues, again not a problem, I work during the week and wouldn't be able to make my way back until the following weekend. I was informed of their warranty program on most electronics, including my gaming controllers which I've had to replace quite a few. Their warranty is a huge money saver, I'm a little tight on funds though and so all I could afford was the repair. Anthony took my phone and number and so I went back on Saturday, two days ago. They informed me my phone wasn't finished yet, I expected this though, not only had they been forward about the back log, I personally know Sony electronics are not the easiest to work on/with, I had also neglected to wait for their call so this visit is on me. I was informed I would receive a call when it was done and that the technician working on my phone was not in Saturday but would be in on Sunday. I left knowing my phone was still in good hands, then on Sunday I got my phone call from my technician Anthony, saying it was ready to pick up the next day. They are only open until 5 on Sundays and I was called at 5:12, this impressed me because it shows they are a dedicated team and will work to ensure that your electronics are handled with care and to keep the customer informed even beyond working hours. Not a lot places will do that anymore. So I went in today Monday to pick up my phone. Lydia was kind and while I was there asked if I had been informed on their warranty, I expressed that I had but could only do the repair today. She confirmed for me that my phone was fixed and had me out of there with my fixed phone in less than 10 minutes! I will use UBreakIFix for all future electronic issues and I will be returning for that warranty as it will save me a lot of money as my gaming controllers and computers continue to get older. Lastly, my phone looks better than when I gave it to them! Thank you Anthony and Lydia! You've earned a...

I go to pick it up after buying a brand new laptop and was told communication was lost between employees because the part for my laptop was being delivered tomorrow and should be ready for pick up in 2 days. I decided to go through with the repair since I had already paid nonrefundable fee. I go and return the laptop I had bought because it was very expensive and did not even open it. I called 5 days later and was told that they could not get the laptop open to repair but was getting someone else who is familiar with the Dell model. They said as soon as we can open it we will repair. Got a phone from Sunni saying my repair was complete they just needed the charger to check if port was working properly. I bring the charger in and was told that they forgot to tell me that when the charging port went in to the computer it damaged my hard drive and would need a new one but my computer did turn on for them. I say "forget it " after hearing the extra price of the drive replacement. I am told it world be best to buy the asurion plan and it world reduce the out of pocket price significantly. I purchased it reluctantly and was told that they did have the drive for my device in stock and it would be ready for pick up tomorrow. I go to pick up 4 days later paid the $39.99 since I had the asurion insurance. I'm happy finally after 3 weeks my computer is fixed. I get home let it charge but I noticed the light indicating it is charging is flashing orange and white, usually just white. I figured device is completely dead so I let it charge then I turned it on and it came on went through the powerup stage showing DELL brand on screen then it immediately went off. I thought it may be the outlet in my house so I use another one and it does the same thing and turns off again. Highly upset I call to tell them it turns on and goes off "just bring it back" is what I was told. After $200, an insurance plan purchased for nothing and device...
