I can't thank Joseph enough for his expertise and assistance in repairing a completely physically destroyed iPhone. My phone was not properly backed up and all of my personal and professional data was at risk of being lost if my phone could not be repaired. Joseph took one look at my phone and said not to worry, I think I can get this phone back to a point where we can recover the data. A few hours later, my phone was repaired to a point where we could recover all of the data and transfer to my new phone. I have used Tech Loft before for screen repairs and accessory purchases but Joseph and his team offer so much more for your IT needs. Found this store by a quick search and I’m so glad that I did! My daughter’s iPad screen had cracked and she hadn’t even had it for 2 days. I took it here and the customer service is top notch! The gentleman was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful! He even showed us where it was bent and neither of us had even saw that! I asked him about a screen protector that I had purchased for it and he was going to put it on until I asked him about the ones that he sells. He wasn’t pushy at all and that is what sold me on purchasing a protector from him and returning my other one! Definitely would recommend this place for any repairs that you need!
