The Craft Burger — Restaurant in Hoover

I recently had the pleasure of trying a hamburger from this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! The patty was cooked to perfection – juicy and flavorful with a nice char on the outside. The bun was fresh and soft, and held together perfectly even with all the toppings. The toppings were generous and well-balanced, providing a great combination of flavors and textures.

The fries were crispy and nicely seasoned, it was a perfect side to the burger. I also love the atmosphere of the place, it was cozy, comfortable and had a great vibe. The service was also fantastic, the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that I was comfortable and happy with my meal.

I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a great burger. I will definitely be returning to try more...

I usually just get the bacon cheeseburger one or two patties with a craft sauce on it that’s awesome! I tried the double patty Southern bacon pimento cheese burger tonight and wasn’t that impressed. Overall I love their burgers and their seasoned fries. I think this restaurant is awesome and they always exceeded expectations.

I want to mention this has nothing to do with craft burger, but I was a little disappointed with how long it took for DoorDash to get the order to my house. I only live 12 minutes from the restaurant. DoorDash also didn’t listen to my drop off directions as well. Took almost 45 minutes to get the meal here. Again, no reflection on craft burger as I always enjoy this place! Highly...

Have tried many burger places in the area, but I think I've finally found the one I was looking for. Reasonably priced burgers, dogs, and sandwiches (though sides are not included), with plenty of options. At lunchtime on a Saturday it was fairly busy, but we had no trouble finding a table and our food was ready quick. There are some tables outside, but not many and they are not covered in case of inclement weather.

Ordered a Cuban sandwich, a double Craft Burger, and a side of fries to share. The Craft Burger in particular was outstanding; the patties were clearly not pre-made and a great amount of cheese. Cuban and fries were good, too. Will definitely be back to try even more...
