One star only because I can’t give them a negative. 4th vehicle I’ve taken in there to get a simple standard battery change and 4th time they say they can’t install them. Then why the huge sign right by the door that says free battery installation? This was for my 70 year old mother who desperately needed to get back home to Mississippi too. I wouldn’t let these rude people change the battery in my watch after how they’ve treated me with such disrespect and arrogance. Went out of the way today to get my battery tested (and likely replaced as I've had it for about 5 years). Was told they could not test batteries at the time. Didn't give a reason but guessing it was because the only other employee was on break; I saw him walking to a restaurant across the street as I pulled up. I know it's hard to find help these days, but it was very disappointing that something as simple as a battery change could not be done. Will be reluctant to visit this location...

The 2 guys working at 7am this morning were beyond helpful! They did everything they could to help get me back on the road, hoping it was just the battery. Unfortunately, we think it's the starter so I had to call a tow truck. They checked on me multiple times while I waited for a tow.
