I had the most relaxing day at Haven Beauty on Saturday! It was my first time there, and I hope that whenever I'm in the north, I can go back every time! It's a one stop shop for everything you need in a relaxing spa day that's literally made FOR YOU! Aisha, at the front desk is such a beautiful soul! I love her! She made sure I was taken care of if I ever needed anything. I spent time in the cutest R&R room with the infrared sauna. I received a wonderful and informative facial by Victoria. I deal with eczema, so that's what my facial was geared towards. She also assessed my face for any other things like blackheads, dryness, dehydration, etc. and got all of that taken take of! Afterwards, she suggested what products I could use to help with my skin care routine for my face. I had no idea of all the things you could do for the face! It's been 2 days, and my face still feels like a newborn! And finally, to end my spa day, I got a full body massage from Bianca. I've gotten several massages before, but I'm telling y'all, if I could carry Bianca in my pocket and pull her out whenever I needed a massage, I would! First, we discussed any issues I was having (because again....a massage catered to your needs!), and then when it was time for the massage, she did the full body PLUS actually focused on my problem areas that I mentioned. This is something that I expect from massage therapists, but Bianca was the 2nd person to ever actually DO this and it's SO much appreciated! On top of this, her hands are blessed! I left feeling like all my muscle tensions melted away. I need a 3-hour massage option because even though I know the time was well spent, I did not want to leave the table! I could get a massage from Bianca forever! The vibes at Haven are so amazing and peaceful! Everything was so clean too! I hope they think about expanding somehow to different states! I want a Haven Beauty everywhere I go! I'll definitely be...

Haven Beauty is a true oasis in the MetroWest. Over the past two years I've had my hair cut by three different stylists (both Katies and Amy) and they all do a wonderful job. I also appreciate that they are flexible with sharing clients, which is helpful when you have a busy schedule. I've also had a massage with Bianca, it was great. The business is community-oriented, value-based, and so pretty!

I think a true testament to company is how they react to questions and concerns. On my last visit I had one of those immediate "oh no, it is too short and I don't look like me" moments after I left, and I had a question about the transaction. I should also note that I was 20 weeks pregnant and sensitive :). I ended up talking to Emily - she had an extremely busy day and still gave me a call and listened to me, offered possible solutions if needed (they were not!), and clarified everything with courtesy. I want to emphasize the confusion about the transaction was completely on my end, and I was the one who asked for a little extra length to be taken off. She is a dynamic and empathetic leader - we need more Emilys in the world.

On the note of being pregnant, I love that I don't have to question whether or not a treatment or product is safe to use. They walk the talk when it comes to clean beauty. The team at Haven also helped me help myself after I experienced medical-related hair loss by advising me on at-home products and practices. It made a world of difference....

I booked an appointment w/Emily after months of observing her with other clients. Every time I visited Haven for my appointments with, esthetician, Victoria Enriquez, I couldn't help but notice the curly hair of, Haven owner + stylist, Emily Sobers.

As a Latinx person w/curly hair, it is hard to find someone who can style my hair well, and at Haven, there are several people who work there with beautiful curls. This gave me the motivation to book a scalp detox. I wanted a relaxing reset, which is primarily why I chose to book the scalp detox vs any of the other services available.

Emily explained each and every product she was using on my hair. Not only that, she also guided me on how to wash/care for my curls at home. Everything smelled and felt wonderful. I especially loved the oil treatment followed by the steam/scalp wash. I genuinely felt like I was at a spa. The attention to detail and the overall kindness that I experienced meant so much to me.

After both Emily and Emi diffused my hair I had curls for days! Even better, they weren't crunchy! I didn't know if I should cry or dance, lol. The experience was worth every penny. Can't wait to go back.
