CONFISCATE THE COOK'S SALT SHAKER IMMEDIATELY!!
I used to work nearby, so I would have lunch there once or twice a week. Haven't been there in a couple of years. The steak and cheese has gone way downhill. The phrase "do you want some steak and cheese with your salt?" comes to mind.
I don't add salt to anything, so I realize that I'm more sensitive than most, but this was ridiculous. I really should have returned it. As a general suggestion, I would recommend to every restaurant in the universe to stop putting so much salt on everything! There's a salt shaker on the table. If I want salt, I can add as much as I want. But whoever is cooking should not be dumping truck loads of salt on everything, because some people aren't supposed to have it at all.
The other thing that is disappointing is the fact that my steak and cheese with mushroom came to more than $10!
Zach:
Thanks for taking the time to respond. But you are telling me that it's up to me to ask you guys not to dump sooooooooooooooooo much salt on the sandwich. What I'm suggesting to you is that you should, as standard procedure, cut back on the salt. Period. A customer can't take out what was dumped on by the cook, but I can always add as much as I want. I want less. Other people want more. Both customers can be happy if you use less. If not, you risk losing one of those customers (like me).
There was another place in town that had a great breakfast sandwich, but they did the same thing - too much salt. I posted feedback like this, and the next time I went, less salt! Now, I'm happy to continue going there.
I will try again in a few months. Hopefully you will have seen the logic of cutting back on the salt.
Not swimming in salt like last time, but still too much salt... I Emma's dreadfully thirsty all day after that.
Again... there is NO REASON...

The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual meal with friends or a family gathering. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Their recommendations were spot-on and enhanced our dining experience.
Aside from the pizza, the menu offers a wide range of options. From mouthwatering appetizers to hearty pasta dishes and delectable desserts, there’s something for everyone. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable, considering the quality of the food.
Furthermore, the cleanliness and hygiene standards at Bill’s were top-notch. The restaurant maintained a clean and well-organized dining area, creating a pleasant environment for enjoying our meal.
One minor aspect to note is that the wait times during peak hours can be a bit long, but that’s a testament to the popularity of the place. Nevertheless, it’s worth the wait, and the staff does their best to accommodate customers as efficiently as possible.
Overall, I highly recommend Bill’s Pizzeria Kitchen + Grille in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. The combination of excellent pizza, great atmosphere, and friendly service make it a must-visit for pizza enthusiasts in the area. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to indulge in their...
Read moreNot happy at all. We asked questions before ordering like can we do half and half pizza from the specialty menu. So we ordered the same priced pizza (meat lovers/white) When our dinner arrived a waitress from the kitchen threw our pizzas down on the counter, rang a bell, and walked away meanwhile new customers sat at the counter right where our food was. We were given no plates, silverware or napkins. The large 1/2 and 1/2 pizza crust was bland had a cheap frozen crust taste. When we got the bill the pizza was $6.00 more then expected. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza, stated to bartender that I'm doing keto and didn't want any carbs/sugar. Was able to change out some of the toppings however the pizza arrived with a sweet bbq sauce on it which is definitely what I didn't want to eat. However it was tasty. The prices were very high. 3 pizzas (2 small and 1 large) 4 drinks was over $100 with tip. It was pretty busy so it seems people like it. I guess just order off the menu exactly as stated and you might have a better experience than us. We however will not be returning. I have never left a negative review but felt I needed to say something about our experience...
