DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT STEPHANIE G. unless you have all the time in the world & do not mind being treated with neglect and disrespect. I had a horrible experience during my encounters with them. I’ve been wanting to update my wedding ring for a while, and I had a specific stone in my mind. One day I stopped by their store on my way back from work since the store is close to our house. One of their female staff, opened the locked door. She did not let me see what they had in store because apparently I needed to make an appointment to even browse their store and see if I even liked anything there to follow up on, which was a very old fashioned way of handling business in my opinion. She only spared 10 mins or so to talk to me to just get some basic information from me and told me that she is going to call me the next day at 3:00 pm to have a more detailed discussion about what I want & pricing which originally seemed fine. Unfortunately both me and my husband are very busy people, we are both Drs and usually work from ~ 8:30 am to 5:30/6 pm, manage many people and different projects & do not have the leisure of time on our side, especially during the week. I made sure I cleared my schedule for the next day at 3 but I did not hear back from them. I called their office a few times and it went straight to the voicemail. I called a few days later, someone answered & told me that she tried to call me, but my phone was out of service?, which was bizarre! I asked her to send me a text with the specification of the diamonds & their reports that she found for me to discuss further with my husband & narrow it down before going into the store as it was hard to make time to go in for every little question. She very rudely said that I am not going to waste my time and send the information if you are not going to buy the stone from us & kind of accused me that I want to get the information from them and go buy the stones online & this was the major red flag!! First of all, who will make a 20-30k diamond purchase online without examining the stone in person? You should be naïve and amateur to do that. Why would I contact them myself if I was not interested when they, as a seller and business owner, don’t even care to call me back, their "customer"!!! She said that “she is busy now and can’t send a text and she will see if she has time tomorrow in her busy schedule to send a txt to my phone”! Of course, she did not send the information the next day either however she found time to send me a 22-line text massage saying how busy she is, and she see if she has time on Sat, and if not on Mon and again if not on Tue to send me a 2 min txt to give me a price of 3-4 stones which she already had the info for. She could have easily sent me the information by the time she sent me that 22-line text message! This rude and dismissive behavior said it all that they have a very poor customer service & are not flexible. I still gave them one last chance and of course, Monday came, no news from them & Tuesday came, and they never reached out, & I'm not surprised at all! We passed by their store a few times since I first went in there and each time, I noticed that their shop was completely empty, but whatever! So, I gave up on Stephanie G. Jewelers. We ended up visiting a bunch of different stores. Unlike Stephanie G, they all had great & welcoming staff, they were extremely resourceful and most importantly very respectful. They did not judge us & they ended up educating us more and giving us lots of information and showed us different stones, showed us the differences between them and spent time with us to make sure that they could find what I want. Among all of them I had the best experience in1- Date and time in Sudbury, 2-Barmakian Jewelers in Natick, and 3- Springer's Jewelers in NH. They all had impeccable customer service. One of these stores actually bumped my husband up on a Rolex waiting list and sold us the watch he has been looking to get his hands on for months. I will not recommend it to anyone, THEY ARE A COMPLETE...

Stephanie was able to make the perfect engagement ring and matching wedding band from two family stones when I was getting married. With only two weeks, she was also able to make a custom grandchild necklace for my mother's birthday that she now wears every day.
