The worst experience I have ever had with a retail company. The customer service is terrible! They assume no responsibility or liability in helping to return phones to Verizon. They caused me an extra $1300 on my bill because they refused to take the phones that I traded in to them. They instructed me that I had to figure it out through Verizon customer service and it was not their issue. If I could give them a zero star I would. A one star is way too high for the service you received from this location! I would never recommend anyone use this store it is worth the drive to go to a different location to avoid lack of customer service and the atrocious behavior of the employees of this location. Went back to the Verizon store the next day as soon as I got off work to inquire about solutions to the scratch. This was less than 24 hours after owning the device. I was told that a manger was not in and that he wouldnāt be in until Monday, but that thatās an additional 2 days so then weāre going on 4 days and other things could happen in that time.
