We were excited to try this store located in Winter Garden, Fl., since it just opened, and we had previously been to another store in Celebration. The experience was just as good. It's a warm vibe with unique food. The store is spacious and clean. There's seating inside and outside. The staff was friendly. After ordering, we sat down and waited for our order. We liked being able to see them making the biscuits and other dishes. I got an orange juice which I was also able to watch them make, putting real oranges into a juicer. My wife got a caramel toffee crunch coffee, which had caramel toffee sprinkled on top of whipped cream. I got the Squawking Goat, which was a biscuit with fried chicken, goat cheese, and covered with their pepper jelly. The sweetness and spice of the jelly paired really well with the taste of the goat cheese. My wife got a fritaffle, which is an omelet, cooked in a waffle iron, and smashbrowns. We've had other dishes in the past, including their waffles, maple bacon, potatoes, and biscuits and gravy. I'm not even really a fan of grits, but I like theirs. I'm still not sure what my favorite dish is. Maple Street is one of our favorite restaurants for brunch. We highly recommend them.

Finally a breakfast place in Hamlin! They just opened yesterday but we came today to avoid the first day rush. The place is very cute, clean, and inviting. Very excited to bring guests to get breakfast here! Food: We ordered a few things. The Squawking Goat was so tasty! The goat cheese and the sauce really compliment the chicken. And the biscuits! Sooo moister and light. Retro biscuit with crispy chicken and spicy sauce was fire! The chicken was so crispy and satisfying. Fried green tomatoes was so crispy also. They used the same batter as the chicken. Overall, fantastic breakfast food! Service: A bit slower but under that they are brand new! The lady at the counter was very nice and friendly. Value: Honestly very reasonably priced! Considering they make everything fresh I was surprised with the price here. Ambience: Spacious, nicely decorated and welcoming atmosphere. Crowd: We came around 7:15 today and there were already 3 tables already and 3 people in line. The wait time isn't too bad at all for a brand new place! Parking: Plenty of parking in the parking lot in front of the store.

Great experience. We’ve been to MSBC in other locations and this location held up well in comparison. Staff were happy and helpful. The food delivery time was perfect and pretty quick considering it was busy. The food was hot and delicious; just right for a diet cheat day! This is not a place to come to and complain about a lack of healthy options! This is a southern comfort brunch place; so no counting calories or carbs are allowed! We will definitely be back. The menu had a variety of sandwich’s, plates and a whole coffee bar to try out. So we will need a few more visits to get through it all. I definitely recommend going if your looking for a nice brunch spot in Hamlin. One minor area of concern might be sun in the mornings and evenings if you eat outside. They did a good job putting up umbrellas; which provide a small shade right near the middle of the day. Hopefully the location does well long term and maybe they will add a permanent shade on the side of the building like some other restaurants in city center had to.

Alright, so here’s the update on my experience with Maple Street Biscuit Company in Winter Garden. If you saw my original review, you know my first visit didn’t go as planned—I walked in excited for their Country Fried Steak, only to find out (at the register) that it’s no longer available, even though it’s still listed all over the menu. That was frustrating enough for me to walk out without ordering.

But here’s where things turned around. Tia, the manager, personally reached out to me after my review. She acknowledged the issue, explained the menu change, and even invited me back to try her favorite—Carne Asada Benedict—on the house. So today, I decided to give them another shot.

Tia wasn’t in, but she told me to ask for Julie, and let me tell you—Julie made the experience. She was fun, engaging, and went all out to make sure I had a great time. Was it a little over the top? Sure. But in the best way. You could tell she genuinely cared about making things right and ensuring I left happy.

The food? Solid. The Carne Asada Benedict was decent, but what really stood out was the level of service and the way they handled the situation. They truly care about their restaurant and how they’re viewed, which speaks volumes.

So, while my first visit was frustrating, the way they recovered and the service I received today made all the difference. Because of that, I’m giving them five stars. If you’re looking for a place that values its guests and will go the extra mile, Maple Street in Winter Garden is worth a visit. Just maybe check first to see if the menu has...

We went to Maple Street Biscuit Company in Winter Garden around noon, and honestly, it was not a good experience. The place was practically empty (only two other people there), yet it still took about five minutes for any employee to come over and take our order, they were standing about 10 feet away just chatting with one another.

Once we finally ordered, it took over 25 minutes for our food to come out. When it did, the biscuits were cold and hard as rocks (they could’ve been used as weapons), and the chicken was dry and crusty. Definitely not worth the wait.

To make things worse, toward the back of the restaurant there was a pile of dirty little kids’ shoes just lying on the floor near a back door. Super unappetizing and confusing, why are there dirty shoes on the floor in a restaurant?

Overall, the food was bad, the service was terrible, and the place just felt unclean. Almost all of the tables were dirty with trash/food left on them so we only had about 3 seats to pick from as no one had cleaned.

I wasn’t even going to leave a review, but then I noticed they’re paying Disney influencers to hype the place up online. This place has nothing to do with Disney, nor is it close to the Disney bubble that tourists are in, and it feels like they’re relying on that kind of marketing because us locals won’t go back after experiencing how bad...
