DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
Family is traveling and just wanted a good sandwich. Pulled up at 7pm and they closed the dining area even though they close at 8pm. Manager went out of his way to lock the door as we walked up. I was like ok, guess that’s the way this place is. Pull into the drive thru and was informed they don’t have bacon and asked if that was fine. I really didn’t have an option at this point. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they didn’t have bacon but I’m guessing they just didn’t want to make more bacon with one hour left to close. Finished my order of 3 sandwiches and pulled up to pay. Was informed that it will be a moment as they have to count the drive thru drawer as the cashier was getting off work. At this point my food was prepared and I was paying with a credit card but I would have to wait. Even though EXTREMELY UPSET at this point, really just wanted to eat and go to sleep. After about 5-10 minutes of watching the manager and cashier fumble with counting the drawer, I get the manager’s attention and ask to be checked out on another drawer. He stated that it is not possible to do that and closed the window. I drove off at this point. Completely unprofessional and utter DISREGARD for the customer. There was at least 2 vehicles waiting behind me during this whole ordeal. Seems they were more concerned with closing the store instead of providing customer service. I am sure I would have been disappointed in the food even if I would have gotten it. I don’t travel through here often but would NEVER consider eating from this establishment. Read moreOrdered a sandwich today. Drive thru. Simple request of chicken salad with everything combo. Got to window and they had either screwed up the order or gave it away. So came inside to get the meal instead. Lots of back and forth and confusion but was ultimately handed a sandwich with combo there supposedly correct. Get it home to eat and it’s a turkey sandwich with pickles. Completely not what I had ordered. When called back to the store I knew immediately it was pointless calling them. Manager answered with a barely audible and poor attitude Lenny’s. I asked for manager he said this is him. Then he hangs up on me when I get upset and tell him how ridiculous this was and it’s a simple order. So reporting to bbb and Lenny’s corporate and in process of locating the ownership of this store. If I could shut down a store with the power of my words I would with this one. This is problem number 6 or more with this location and they employees. Will never eat at a Lenny’s location again based on the attitudes, response and overall poor experience of this one location. Lenny’s needs to audit these stores more regularly and listen to customer feedback. There are plenty of sandwich places that treat me well and offer accurate ordering with no issues for me to continue to give these people money that is hard earned. Never...
Read moreI used to be the assistant manager of the Arlington location, so I know what standards are in place for Lenny’s. For this to be a corporate location, this is hands down the worst location I’ve ever seen and been to! I placed an online order around lunch time, when I get there, it’s only a couple other people there. I give the cashier my name and that I had an online order and she told me it wasn’t ready yet. When the order comes up through the window, all the employees start laughing very loud and making fun of my last name, knowing I’m standing right there. They bag my food up and then walk away from it. I go to retrieve my order and they give it to me. I get back to work, and my entire order is wrong. I ordered a Buffalo chicken Philly. There are no onions, no Buffalo sauce and the bread wasn’t fully baked. I NEVER complain because I know how hard restaurants are to manage at times, but for them to of not been busy there should be absolutely no reason why my order was wrong, and the employees find making fun of peoples names funny.
