Curaleaf Dispensary Horsham — Local services in Horsham Township

Dropped by this dispensary for the first time to stock up on their 420 specials. The deals were dealing and the staff was fantastic but I am not a fan of how Curelife runs their business. The tree stars I’m giving are solely on the employees great service and the deals available. They are the two things that this dispensary does right!

Austin waited on me. There were a lot of great sales and special add ons for $4.20 based on how much you spent. I've attached photos of the deals and add ons. The facility itself is nice, but they have an issue with their address in GPS. I tried Apple and Google maps and finally had to call after driving in circles for 30 minutes. They are aware of the GPS issue, I would think they would try to resolve this. They are located across the street from Wendy's and in the same parking lot as Window World. Do yourself a favor and use those addresses instead.

Once inside I was directed to use their kiosk to order. This is the first time I've ever had to use a kiosk in a dispensary instead of ordering from a person. I'm fine with technology making things easier but their kiosk is aweful, and they all know this! You put things in your cart and they disappear. It's not user friendly. I tried multiple times before the Austin just took my order. The staff also informed me that in the next month they will be upgrading their kiosk system. Personally I think they should just do away with them. If I return I'll order ahead of time online now that I'm an established patient.

Upon the advice of Austin I tried their brand of pod vapes, Briq. Austin was kind enough to give me a little tutorial on how they work and some usage tips. There is a blow hole built into the pod which I've never seen before. I also really like the blue color and the size of the pod. I'm looking forward to trying it.

I inquired about a birthday discount and it's not advertised anywhere I looked but I got an extra $10 off some already great deals! They also were doing double points so I have a nice credit if I return in 90 days. It expires after that.

Today I placed a curbside order because I noticed there were some killer deals going on and wanted to take advantage. I drove 30 minutes to CuraLeaf in Horsham and picked up my order. Everything went as it should have and the staff was very nice during this transaction. I ordered two different 2g extracts from grassroots. When I got home I noticed that one of them had a significantly less amount in it than the other one. I then called Curaleaf and they basically told me that I could bring it back in but since I opened the box I couldn't get a concrete answer whether I could return/exchange it. They also told me that I should have double checked the order which they are not wrong but truthfully this is an established business and they should not make these types of mistakes nor need their work double checked. I was also asked if the box was opened because they said they usually wont take stuff back if it's been opened. (How could I tell if I even have the right product without opening the box? That doesnt make sense.) They have deals going on to get you there but really they just charged me 90$ for 1g instead of 2gs. I get that mistakes are made but it's frustrating that I now have to drive back, proceed with an in-store transaction, and probably get told that it's been tampered with and there isn't anything they can do. Mind you this is only my second time here, and as much as I wanted to like CuraLeaf..this just isnt it. I went here excited to save money on some deals but instead I feel shorted by this company. With all the dispensaries around Montgomery county, it’s natural to shop around for the best prices, and knowledgeable budtenders on medication. That said, CURALEAF in Horsham will exceed your expectations! Gio runs a tight shop. Mia, Noel, Olivia, Kate, Giontae, Devon, Sean, Emily, Theresa, Sierra, James, Austin, Jaqueline and Rihann will all assist you and make sure you get the best quality at the lowest cost. For anti social ppl like me, going out, is never easy, but traveling to this dispensary is like seeing your family, family you like too:)!

The Curaleaf location, selection, loyalty points, and speed of transactions make them my #1 dispensary by a huge margin. AYR and Sunnyside are GREAT TOO, but CURALEAF just offers more!
