Starbucks — Restaurant in Horsham Township

Edit: had to lower a star as they’re not able to make the cold brew well consistently. Sometimes the cold brew tasted more acidic and lacked flavor. Ppl were still nice, though.

Had excellent service and drinks today. The woman who helped me and also made my drinks was kind and friendly. The salted caramel cold brew was perfection. The cold foam was done exceptionally (not runny, as what happens with too little heavy cream, and not watered down/flavorless like with too much heavy cream in the ratio which results in too little sweetness). The small pitchers used for the sweet cream is smart so customers don’t get inconsistent cold foam due to the components’ natural separation. When this drink is done correctly and the foam sits on top, you can get the full strength of each of the delicious flavors/ textures of the salty/sweet foam and the complex flavors of the cold brewed coffee beans. I order it without vanilla syrup in the coffee liquid to really taste...

Tried this location multiple times because I understand there are bad days but after my second interaction with a particular barista there, I refuse to go back on top of other issues I’ve experienced here. Found hair in the cold foam of my drink, crumbled/crushed pastries, witnessing my order being given to the driver in front of me and then tossed by the staff onto a counter before I pulled up, a condescending barista explaining to me about wait times when I simply asked if my order was ready because I saw multiple completed drinks behind the counter and not where there designated pick up area was, and the same barista at a drive thru event when I said thank you have a good day and she responds “right”. I’d rather drive further to Warrington or Huntington Valley Location than stop by here for anything. You’ll either get the rude barista or have a long wait...

I went through the drive-through and asked for a medium cup of hot water cashier told me that we will do this just this once in a condescending manner. Told me I couldn’t just order hot water at the drive through. I never knew you couldn’t just order hot water at the drive-through, especially if you didn’t have money to purchase anything else. Not Knowing if a person is homeless or in need of hot water for their medication. Horrible service!!!! I also looked at the reviews for this Starbucks and it’s terrible. The owner should re-vamp all employees that work at the drive-through. And the reviews that got five stars are probably from the employees themselves because the service is so terrible!! Needless to say, I drove through the drive-through without getting anything. I wish Chick-fil-A was open on Sunday. Their service...
