UPDATED: Got our order filled. Even went back for more supplies and then returned some without issue Customer service much better. __ Customer service difficult company to deal with. Got our order wrong. Had to reorder a partial amt from first order. Called us to pick up and when we arrived, didn't have the order. No explanation. So awful and frustrating and horrible customer service. Just want our order filled....

When they delivered our shed, they also damaged our old one. Left without telling anyone and when we called they said they would be out no later than that Thursday. Come Friday still nothing so my mom went down there and a worker named Cody got an attitude with her for no reason! This place sure has lost his customer service! Never used to be like that. Very...

I seriously can't say enough about this place!!! I do tons of custom designing, and these guys bend over backwards to get me the best price, the best selection, and the best customer service! A shout out to all of you at Hot Springs Builders FirstSource! There is absolutely no need to go to the big city of Rapid! Just shop with this store here...
