If I could give zero stars I would... First off we get in there and it took about 10 min just to sit down, and there was only 3 other tables that was in there. Second the boy who seated us was the only worker that was polite and sincere. We could obviously tell he was new but he was the best employee they had working that day.. We ordered bread sticks and when they came to the table the sauce they gave us was literally water.. The manager lady messed up making it and we refused to take it and asked for a new one. The boy goes to the back and we can hear the lady yell at him, "Well whatever! That's what we have and that's what they are getting." He comes back to the table with the soup sauce and says he's sorry (We knew it wasn't his fault) And then after we refused our order of bread sticks all together they then magically brought some new and normal looking sauce. First off, the manager lady knows absolutely NOTHING! I don't even know how she has a job there. When we were finished we waited for over 15 minutes to pay! No one else was in there by this time.. The boy who waited on us kept saying sorry, and that he is not able to run the register. The manager lady is ON THE PHONE, like she's laughing and having a good ol' time. We can tell it wasn't business related. And then the weirdest thing happened which made it hit rock bottom.. A cook guy walked up to the front of the kitchen and stared straight out into the seating area and for about three minutes. We can see he had a huge chunk of food on the side of his mouth. He slowly turns his head to us and says, "She'll be with you in a minute." (In a slow, weird way too) As he was speaking the huge chunk of food flew off his mouth to who knows where and he walks in the back. We finally get to pay when the manager lady was like, "so it it carry out?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You watched us eat. You glared at us when we requested normal looking sauce. WE HAD A TICKET! Read moreI normally receive excellent service. The delivery driver is excellent and we love him. Unfortunately tonight I ordered $60 worth of food, specifically getting a taco pizza (my fav) to share with my husband. He wasn’t due off of work until 715, so I delayed my order for delivery until 715 so he could eat a fresh pizza. Unfortunately the pizza was delivered at 620 instead (issue#1). I think fine, they must have not seen it was supposed to be delayed I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.
Then I open the taco pizza, it is half smashed and cheese is stuck on the top of the box, ok accidents happen... I then realize that the 1/2 beef 1/2 non beef is full beef (my husband likes meat and I don’t, so we share 1/2 and 1/2). The meat is in small chunks or I would pick it off. So I call (630), get the call center, apparently the store phones are down, call center can’t help me, they must send me to corporate to fix my problem, which they say they will transfer me... and promptly hang up the phone. This happens 3 more times. 715, still trying to call, finally get the store. Husband is home now, eating cold pizza.
Talk to the manager, explain the situation and ALL I ask for is a small pizza to eat without meat. I declined credit, as long as they send the pizza (reasonable based on the terrible experiencing I am having). Manager says no, I will have to come pick it up (that he would make it), that he cannot send a driver out to deliver a small pizza on credit. Read moreI like pizza hut. I'm just very frustrated. I ordered my food and a part of my order was missing. No big deal. I called to let them know and explained the the nice girl that answered the phone what had happened. I told her that I totally understood if they wouldn't send someone back for the little thing I had ordered, but I would like a refund on that portion of my order. Basically if they sent someone with it great, if not that's okay, I'd just like it refunded instead. She had to get her manager and first thing I got was a rude tone as soon as she got on the phone. She asked if I had ordered with the extra dip and I said yes I had. Rudely she asked me what the problem was. I explained that while that was what I ordered I hadn't receive it. She said she remembered putting it together. I confirmed again that's not what I got. She said the driver must have forgotten. I tried to explain that I didn't want there to be any extra trouble on their part and tried to tell her I was okay with either a refund if they didn't want to go back out or if they were still out to get what I ordered. It didn't matter I just wantednone or the other and I tried to be as nice as possible since I'm sure they deal with a lot.
