My Samsung galaxy S8 suddenly stopped working And wouldn’t even charge. I Went to this shop and they checked the phone and recommended to change the battery and back glass. In spite of changing battery in bed glass the phone would not start. The shop owner spent nearly 2 hours to try to fix the problem and contacted Other experts in the field to find the right problem and relevant solution. He found out the problem which was primarily with the circuitboard of the phone which he cannot fix. He apologized and promised me to find appropriate solution through his contacts. I was traveling so I could not stay longer but he took my email and phone number and told me that he would try to find a good repair shop near my home in a different state.

I insisted that he should charge me for whatever work he did but he politely declined despite my insistence. Finally he took minimum charge for new back glass.

This was Amazing experience. The shopOwner is very honest and dedicated person. He specially worked extra hours on Sunday and still declined payment because he couldn’t fix the problem which is extremely complex.

His honesty touched me and equally his Son who is helping him was also very genuine and professional.

Ali has always fixed my phone fast and great! I took a phone here Yesterday around 2 and another guy was working , I believe the name is Cody and it is now 4:30 pm the very next day for a simple issue that would take Ali an hour tops to fix. He (“Cody”) did not answer the phone countless times, and once he did he was talking to another customer for 10 minutes while I just sat on the phone. He then said “he forgot about it and would start working on it in 20 minutes and he had a lot of walk-ins” first of all my phone shoukd be a priority over walkins , first come first serve, I would think. 2 hours after the phone call he still had not been able to begin until we came to the store and reminded him AGAIN. If Ali is working, yes drop off your phone and expect it to be done fast (in my opinion), otherwise I recommend not expecting the speedy service. I will say the man was very nice and I feel bad he was so busy, and it did get fixed finally at about 5pm the following day after dropping it off around 2 the previous day, it was just a frustrating experience, I think they just need more help or more than one person working at a time. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I originally had my phone fixed here a few months ago. I came in with a dysfunctional lcd screen and it was fixed appropriately without complaint but the service could’ve been a little better. Today I went in not with any issues in the original phone but to sell a phone that i couldn’t use- but nonetheless the redeemed service I received was A1!! When the gentleman before fixed my screen, he left out several screws as well as the adhesive to seal the screen closed. Ali was honest about it and gave me exceptional service! He added the additional screws and adhesive and fixed my home button as a thank you for returning my service to his business. I even received a discount for the mishap before. The entire time I was there he gave me knowledge on my phone and answered every question I could think of. I will not be going any where else for my phone services & neither should you! Ali was extreme professional and friendly and knowledgeable in the service he provided.
